Usually love this place I get a very specific order the girl on the phone told me she knew what I wanted and that it had a name. The name was different from what I was used to I tried to correct her but she insisted it was the item she mentioned. I received my order and as I thought it was way off not good at all this item had rice my choice never had rice Just listen to my order is red of telling me what I should have shame I guess I’ll have to find a new place since I can’t get what I usually do

I got a large chicken lo main, and 2 egg rolls. price was more than menu stated ,egg rolls were good, nice and crispy, lo mail portion was good, flavorful but it was 90% noodles with little bit of chicken and vegetables, could be better.

My food was good. I ordered to go, it was done promptly. I did ask for my Mongolian beef to be extra spicy, it was bland, but It was still good enough. The hot and sour soup was quite gooD. My complaint is never in my life have I had a Chinese restaurant REFUSE TO GIVE ME CHOPSTICKS. I asked for hot mustard and soy sauce, I got one pack of each. They included No utensils, no napkins, AND NO FORTUNE COOKIE. I git back to work and then had to get back in my car to go to a gas station to get utensils and some napkins. I was quite irked. And it’s bad luck to get Chinese and no fortune cookie. I haven’t decided if I’m going to eat from there again.

Went in to get food and saw 2 big bowls of wings and spring rolls already fried and flies was all over the food just walk away could not eat here.

I haven’t eaten here in months and recently decided to give it another try — but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. The young woman working the front is incredibly loud and dismissive. While it’s clear she’s trying to manage a lot at once, her communication style comes off as rude and unprofessional, making it really unpleasant just to place or pick up an order.
I called to follow up on an order, and instead of helping, she refused to let me speak with the manager or even the person who originally took my order. I was told my food (buffalo wings) would be ready in 15 minutes, yet every time I go, regardless of when I show up, it’s never ready. If the wings are made-to-order, I would’ve totally understood — but no one explained that.
To be fair, she wasn’t the reason for the initial delay, but her attitude made an already frustrating situation feel ten times worse.
Update: The manager/owner did call me shortly after I left my review, which I appreciated. She was calm and listened to my concerns. However, I didn’t appreciate being told the 15-minute estimate could stretch to 35 minutes or longer — especially without any explanation at the time of ordering. A simple heads-up like “We make wings fresh, so they take longer” would’ve made all the difference.
The manager mentioned that the employee speaks loudly because she has trouble hearing. While I sympathize, I don’t think that justifies the way she interacts with customers. In hindsight, even a quick “Can I have someone call you back?” would’ve been better than outright refusal.
At this point, I’ve given the place enough chances. I wish them the best, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Do not order the orange chicken. Majority of the orange chicken was fried breading with 0 meat.

The worst weve ever had rice burnt only two pieces of pork in rice n beef teriyaki small pieces last time lomein was also burnt they are loosing there touch

This place has definitely fell off. I ordered the egg foo young with gravy. I specifically asked twice if they had the light brown gravy and the man over the phone proceeded to say yes, just to get the sale. He lied and gave me some brown sauce which is not gravy! Then the egg rolls are mostly breading with half a spoon fill of cabbage and a teaspoon of pork. At this point, I could have spent my money somewhere else or simply ordered something else. Highly disappointed.

We moved to Sun City Center Sept 2024 and have tried a few other Chinese Food places, but they were not so good. This place is the BEST in this area. The sesame chicken was tender, not grainy or stringy. The egg rolls have real ingredients in them and the fried rice was tasty. 😃
