I’ll be generous and give it three stars. Sometimes the chicken tenders are actually tender, but many times they serve you ones like today’s. Old, Dark hard as rock probably been dropped many times in the grease. you need to sharpen your chainsaw before dinner. Then occasionally they forget your sauce and occasionally they don’t notice you there waiting for service. If your food sucks, please don’t serve it to me. Make some fresh food.

Ordered a famous bowl as advertised in return I received half cooked unbreaded chicken nasty. If there wasn’t enough fried chicken to fufill the order at the end of the night that should have been communicated. Waste of money and a a trip.

Good food at respectable price. I prefer yo avoid the combo choices and pick and choose from the menu. Find often this way I get the choices my family wants in chicken, the sides and at nearly the price of the pre-set combos.
Today I came here at 1:05 p.m. and ordered potato wedges and paid with cash I never received my change back which is around $3 and when I left my potato wedges were not a large one it was a small one and it was half filled I was robbed and scammed here I'll never come back I came here 5 years ago and some similar happened

Arrived here tonight August 16, 2025 at 8:30pm walked up to the counter and as I’m waiting the manager on duty tells them they not cooking anything else and she doesn’t know why these people coming in here all late so tell them we don’t have any food left. The guy said are we closing and she said yes! Now mind u this place doesn’t suppose to close until 9pm. Whoever hired her needs to rethink that decision because she’s costing them money! As I was writing this post several more people came but it was too late because they had closed and locked the doors and that was at 8:43pm. To say I’m disappointed in the level of customer service this manager had is an understatement! If she had somewhere to go then she didn’t need to be working!

No only did we have to wait a lot of time to order. Our food was not promised what it was. We were asked if two chicken wings was OK with two breast two size and two legs and we said yes. And said we got three wings three chicken legs, one breast and one thigh. It was a long long wait and not what we ordered so we can only give a poor review.

I only go here because I don't have many options during my lunch break. I order the same thing 2 to 4 times a week and 3 out of 4 times it's wrong. Employees don't have any sense of urgency what so ever. Do better!

The manager in 7/15/2025 is a Gem, highly impressed with this location, communicating with her employees and customers during promo rush. Food was fresh fast and delicious. Appreciate this location had minor issues in the past but what I saw first hand was amazing floor general type management.
