Spent 5 to 10 minutes in some with one customer ordering. The cashier was leaning on the register with her head pushed up on her face. Frowning. Left went drive thru. The Sam suv was still sitting there when I drove in. Man that should of told me to go somewhere else. 5 minutes later they pull around. Next car. 10 minutes later the guy gets on the speaker. Now still waiting been another 10 minutes and still waiting. Poor management that would allow this kind of service.Yep and another 5 minutes another 10, yep still sitting no one gets on the speaker to say sorry or quit waisting your time. Finally he said hello. But no nuggets, tenders, pot pies, little bit of crispy and original. Wow. I wouldmt have waited 45 minutes to have to still go somewhere else. I think they were cooking I piece of chicken at a time.

We have ordered from this location many times before. I can’t say I hvn been pleased with the service 3/5 at best. Today I placed order thru drive thru-8pc crispy fam meal, Mac & cheese and Cole slaw. Got to window to be given the terminal to pay. I stated to cashier that terminal was way to scratched up to read what was on it. Manager came and verbally told me the amt. Again I stated that they should request a new terminal as customers can’t read what’s on it. She said other customers hv also commented on that. Manager was persistent even after I inserted card and tapped my credit card. Manager stated it was asking for my pin #. I was not comfortable providing any information that I could not read and confirm myself. I cancelled my order. I repeated 2x to cancel order. Monitoring my credit card. They were rude on something so simple. Get a new terminal. Sure sales will go down over something that should be an easy resolve. And for staff to argue back is not a good look.

Customer service is horrible!! I asked for a 12 piece family meal and asked if I may please have all dark meat and the lady on the microphone came back and said I was told we'll see. I asked if wings were available yes but only in a combo, I ordered a chocolate cake thinking it was a family size it was a mini when I asked for a family size she said we're out, when I asked for a receipt she said they didn't have one. When I got home they forgot to put the gravy in the bag.

really rude old lady at the microphone first of all, second they can’t even maintain a receipt printer, and third they forgot my extra fry. it’s a bad store honestly

I'm sorry, I didn't go into your establishment,my husband did but I can say the parking lot was clean and the food good and hot. I would recommend others to try it.

The chicken is good if people cook it right and keep the place clean. Standing dust in the food areas is completely unacceptable and disgusting.

Paid for two pot pies, drinks and two mashed and there was only one pie in the bag. Drove 15 miles home and phoned immediately only to get no answer and the mail box was full. Ticket 2097 1:01 pm 26 Feb. Too far to drive back. Check your bags.

My pick up order was 20 minutes late picking up. Very dirty store. The manager was yelling to a store employee while he was inb the bathroom.

I just had the worst experience at this KFC . Went to the slowest drive thru in Florida. The woman taking orders had the worst attitude ever to be taking people's orders. It started when I pulled up to the speaker and no acknowledgment. I said I'm ready to order and her response was, "you just pulled up so you have to wait damn it ". Now at the pick-up window she even has more attitude. I requested 3 times that she keep the receipt, so when she handed it to me I put the receipt on the window ledge and the wind blew it in the restaurant. Next I hear her say "did you see that, he threw the receipt at me. I'm gonna go out and kick his butt" At that point I should have called the police but I spoke to the manager that looked like a deer in headlights that is probably afraid of her employees. THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! No apologies from the manager. Will NEVER be back to this location. Time of incident was 12:20 pm on Thursday February 8, 2024.

This place isn't even worthy of one star. Several visits it's always taken forever for service. This time I attempted to get food and waited almost 20 minutes for no one to answer at the box to take my order. No one even greeted me asking me to wait. Pulled up to the window and STILL was not greeted. I finally said hello and a gentleman told me he doesn't work window and can't help me. There was ONE person in the restaurant. How is this place still even open?
