The best sushi this side of the bay. I love Hooks Sushi in St. Pete, and was disappointed with the mediocre sushi when I moved to southern Hillsborough County. Enter: Sage sushi lounge. It is by far the best quality, fresh flavors, and superb service anywhere in this area. Their cooked dishes are amazing too. They're even great with kids! I really couldn't ask for more.
