I picked up tonight (1/11/26) a Grilled Chicken Wrap. When I got home to eat it…it was one of the best wraps I have ever had. It was made exactly how I wanted it, the chicken was perfect, EVERYTHING was perfect. A big thank you to the staff tonight for being awesome at their job. I highly recommend this Subway, you will not be disappointed. Give these people a raise!

The ingredients were good but the bread was yesterday’s. Having just retired from making bread in a small shop, I should know a thing or two about bread. The heel was especially hard and bread two chewy. I get it, you’re trying to save some money. You can take old bread of on your yearly expenses. It’s called spoilage. I saved over $9,000 last year using the spoilage clause. Please try harder or you’ll loose good customers.

I've been coming to this subway after my gym workout 2 - 3 times a week at 7 pm religiously for the last year and a half. There is always a short fair skin blonde girl her name is Kat and and dark skin girl with a piercing on her bottom corner of her eye, those 2 girls are always very attentive and they always greet me and my friend nicely. They even memorized our order since me and my friend always go there.

Every time i come to this subway, i always look forward to being helped by Leah and Emika they are the sweetest people in the world, always smiling and making everyone feel welcome. not only is their personality amazing, but also makes the absolute best sandwiches, everything is always fresh, perfectly put together, and made with care. they are the reason i keep coming back to this location. honestly, if they ever leave i won’t be coming here anymore, because no one can make the experience the way she does. they truly makes this subway special.

I arrived last night and discovered that the card machine wasn’t functioning. Fortunately, I had cash. An older lady entered after me and displayed extreme hostility towards the young women working there. She was a petite woman with black hair and a pretty smile, while the other woman was tall with wavy hair and a piercing gaze under her eye. The lady aggressively attacked the younger woman, prompting the short one to retreat to the back to call the manager to address the situation. The lady had claimed that this was their second time at another subway, and the card machine was down, as well as the gas station subway not accepting coupons. The tall, dark-skinned woman began cursing the lady out, while the short woman attempted to calm the situation from the side, explaining that they accepted cash and could accept a hundred-dollar bill. However, the lady escalated the situation by throwing chairs, and the tall, dark-skinned woman continued to verbally abuse her, using various profanities.

First time and last. Ask the young lady for A LITTLE BIT OF MAYO she smothered the sandwish and gave me a look with attitude!! with employees like that...you set your business to fail.

Came for a quick lunch around 330pm today. There were only two girls working one of them was taking my friend and my order, which was okay, she was pretty quiet and seemed annoyed but whatever. The other girl had a huge attitude. She was making bread and then an older lady came in and wanted nachos. The girl was very dismissive of the lady and every question seemed like would make the girl more annoyed. The lady was asking for my toppings and the girl said, rudely, multiple times that she wasn’t allowed to have more on her nachos because it doesn’t come that way. Then a few more customers came in and the one doing the nachos dropped them down haphazardly on the counter to the one who was checking us out “ she’s having steak nachos” and stormed off to the back and left the other employee alone. The atmosphere was very off putting. What’s the point of being rude to old ladies?

Subway has sure taken a dive in the last few years. They completely changed their menu and the sandwiches are not the correct length anymore. Keep skimping out on your customers subway and see how long you last. Imbeciles.

Ended up leaving and going to the sun city center location. Your single employee is slow as molasses, completely unaware of an alarm sounding every 10 seconds that was driving 3 customers nuts. We had to ask her to turn it off. Watching her make the sandwiches made my decision to leave and get my food made elsewhere. The Ruskin location has a bad reputation. You have earned it.

Not happy at all! After a long day at work I decided not to cook. I placed an order online and had my husband pick it up. I ordered 4 foot longs. 3 of them were grilled chicken because I wanted my kids to have something hot in their belly’s instead of a cold lunch meat. When I unwrapped the sandwiches to feed my children the grilled chicken was ice cold and the sandwiches were so slim with hardly any ingredients in them. There was still an hour until closing so I tried to call the store and after multiple attempts no one ever answered.
