Subway has sure taken a dive in the last few years. They completely changed their menu and the sandwiches are not the correct length anymore. Keep skimping out on your customers subway and see how long you last. Imbeciles.

Ended up leaving and going to the sun city center location. Your single employee is slow as molasses, completely unaware of an alarm sounding every 10 seconds that was driving 3 customers nuts. We had to ask her to turn it off. Watching her make the sandwiches made my decision to leave and get my food made elsewhere. The Ruskin location has a bad reputation. You have earned it.

Not happy at all! After a long day at work I decided not to cook. I placed an order online and had my husband pick it up. I ordered 4 foot longs. 3 of them were grilled chicken because I wanted my kids to have something hot in their belly’s instead of a cold lunch meat. When I unwrapped the sandwiches to feed my children the grilled chicken was ice cold and the sandwiches were so slim with hardly any ingredients in them. There was still an hour until closing so I tried to call the store and after multiple attempts no one ever answered.

I usually NEVER have any issues at this place, but today was awful. I walked in and I was giving looks and they were giving looks to this elderly man in front of me. I was about to order and the manager said “One moment” and slowly made 2 other sandwiches. I stood for 10 minutes waiting for them to acknowledge. After that it was just plain attitude after. “That’s it. Anything else?” I gave the other lady a $20 when my bill was $18 and I only got a receipt back and I watched her as I left to see her put my change in the tip jar. She didn’t even stop me to give me my change. It was just attitude and looks to everyone in there.It was the first time I’ve ever had issues there. If someone forgets their change, let them know and just don’t put it in the tip jar as they walk out. It was very unprofessional on how they treated me and the elderly man in front of me. I hope I don’t have to see those two women again.

Don't say your open till 10 but at 845 say you have no meats and only a few choices of bread left. Attitude from staff like I inconvenienced them by coming in an hour and 15 minutes prior to them closing. I'm not asking for a steak dinner just a sub! Didn't even have soda or cookies so couldn't even get a meal if I wanted. Pathetic and horrible. Don't waste your time. Go to Publix or even Wawa they are both right there!
