Standard Subway Experience, clean location and good service. I don't understand why this location was rated so poorly. I'm giving this place 5 stars because it is clean, good food, and overall has the Subway standard.

I usually NEVER have any issues at this place, but today was awful. I walked in and I was giving looks and they were giving looks to this elderly man in front of me. I was about to order and the manager said “One moment” and slowly made 2 other sandwiches. I stood for 10 minutes waiting for them to acknowledge. After that it was just plain attitude after. “That’s it. Anything else?” I gave the other lady a $20 when my bill was $18 and I only got a receipt back and I watched her as I left to see her put my change in the tip jar. She didn’t even stop me to give me my change. It was just attitude and looks to everyone in there.It was the first time I’ve ever had issues there. If someone forgets their change, let them know and just don’t put it in the tip jar as they walk out. It was very unprofessional on how they treated me and the elderly man in front of me. I hope I don’t have to see those two women again.

Don't say your open till 10 but at 845 say you have no meats and only a few choices of bread left. Attitude from staff like I inconvenienced them by coming in an hour and 15 minutes prior to them closing. I'm not asking for a steak dinner just a sub! Didn't even have soda or cookies so couldn't even get a meal if I wanted. Pathetic and horrible. Don't waste your time. Go to Publix or even Wawa they are both right there!

I couldn't believe that I ordered a sandwich and paid for extra meat. There were a few slices of meat that were Grey( you know what that means about the meat). They took the Grey meat off and did not replace it. They still charged me for extra meat! I said that you could at least replace the meat on my sandwich that was thrown away. The server gave me an attitude and said it doesn't work that way! She was quite rude and definitely influenced my experience. What a shame. This place used to be good. I am never returning to this subway again. Avoid this Subway and its sour meats. There is a subway in the Shell Station right around the corner which is so much better of an experience and quality.

Not all Subways are creates equal! What makes any restraint is the staff! Today 5/9/23 my partner and I had the best sandwiches ever. They were made just right, super soft bread. We buy subway probably 1x a week and these were the best. I didnt take pictures but with it would have. We order the same thing every time. Two turkey sandwiches and alot of veggies. We will travel the extra few miles to order from this store moving forward.

First time in this subway and most likely will be the last. We ordered three footlongs. The staff working today wasn't very friendly. We weren't greeted when we walked in. The lady who was doing the vegetables misunderstood what I said and when she asked if there was anything else, I informed her that I didn't say mayo but asked for banana peppers, she aggressively took the veggies off and put them in the trash then stormed off to the back without saying anything. I dont think I had a rude tone and my husband even looked confused, like what just happened?!? The lady who was working the register finished making my sandwich. We didn't have any problems with my husband's sandwich. Then our third sub was left on the counter unfinished by the staff who was making it to begin with. We also ordered 6 cookies and was charged for 7, which we realized after we left.All I can say if you don't work well with the public then you need to find a different profession. Subway needs to do better with their hiring selection for people who actually enjoy the job they are applying for and have customer service skills. Might have been an off day for these ladies but we didn't do anything to them personally for them to be acting like we are inconveniening them.

I ordered an Italian bmt but asked to substitute the salami for pepperoni. I was told there would be an extra charge for substituting. Really? No other subway in America has ever charged me for substituting. I will never go to this subway again.
Stopped in today as I do almost everyday. The staff is always wonderful and very efficient. Food quality is always on point. I want to give a special thank you to Kelly for her exceptional service and caring today 01/18. Thank you so much ? I really appreciate you.Christina

Jess making the sandwiches is incredibly rude. Watched her be rude to about 5 people in front of me including a child (who she yelled at) and then continue with the worst attitude ever with me and my boyfriend. Terrible employee and customer service.

the people in this store are ridiculous. the fatter lady seemed to be annoyed and was attending me with a attitude this seems to be a family runner store because all staff seem to be rude , the fat lady proceeded to get mad after i asked if she would put mayo on my sandwich and said “next time be specific” with a ugly attitude.

Two women were working today at 1:30pm. The heavier set women made me and my 3 children feel as if we were completely annoying her with her many eye rolls and attitude. We will NEVER be coming back again.
