I love this location because it’s close, HOWEVER, ordering online is so not a great experience, not only did they mess up my order by giving me rasin cookies instead of chocolate chip but their location and many more don’t except the coupons the sends out online. I get error notifications, overall to get a decent meal you need to order online.

It's just another Subway... Right? NOPE! Not this one! You don't expect a whole lot going into a Subway, but this one is by far the worst I've ever been to. I always order online and normally at any other location, my food is ready 5-10 minutes early and even though I show up before my pickup time, it's ready when I get there. Not this one! I showed up a few minutes after my pickup time and my sandwich still wasn't finished. The place wasn't even busy, 2 people eating and one person having a sandwich made. Moving on, I went to get a drink from the soda fountain. First choice: out of syrup. No biggie, it happens. Second choice: out of syrup... OK... Third choice: out of syrup. On the fourth choice it didn't come out clear but didn't quite taste right. Looked in my cup and the ice had little black flecks in it. Not sure if the ice machine has mold growing in it or there's just that much sediment in the tap water and they aren't running filters on it. Either way, not even worth getting the drink at that point. Getting home, I opened the sandwich and instead of a sandwich with toppings in it, I had a sandwich with a side of toppings... Nothing was actually in the sandwich anymore. Looked to me that the toppings were so slathered in mayo they just slipped out. I have never in my life seen so much mayo on one sandwich even when I asked for extra, which I didn't this time. All in all, I will never return to this gross and low quality location. EVER.

Was out of certain product and did not forwarn me before I ordered. Order a turkey and ham foot long for my kids, instead of ringing me up for turkey and ham she rang me up as a turkey footlong add ham witch is $3 more. That is highway robbery. I have worked subway of over 10yrs and never did that to someone.

I never had to write a bad review on subway, since they are supposed to be pretty much the same but this location is HORRIBLE. First of all, they are SUPER, HIPER MEGA SLOW. I had a guy doing my sandwich and he was putting the fillings like it cost his salary, I know they should be the same but he was literally putting half full tuna scoop

The workers are horrible but the sandwich was good. I will only come back when those workers are gone. No customer service. I nearly walked out.
Food was good as usual but the woman working there didn't know what customer service was, she was rude and looked like she was annoyed with my family ordering food. We felt rushed and unwelcome.

I love Subway. Everything is so chill. They always make the sandwiches exactly how you want it. Staff at every Subway is super nice. Super patient as well. And they never get mad if you stay for as long as you want. This subway has a charging station which is super nice.
