I went to the subway in Ruskin today and miss Lonnie and Mr aqib serve me we had the two All-American subs footlongs fresh vegetables amazing meats cheeses the service impeccable the two workers were absolutely amazing I suggest everyone everyone come back to this Subway they have changed and the two employees are absolutely amazing. They've become a well-oiled machine amazing.

I stopped by this Subway recently and had such a great experience. The manager was incredibly kind and attentive, and you can tell she really cares about both her team and the customers. The store was spotless, which isn’t always the case at fast food spots, and everyone working there had a great attitude. My sandwich was fresh, made exactly how I asked, and came out perfect. You can really feel the pride this location takes in their service. Definitely my go-to Subway from now on.

Ordered sandwiches on the app and ALL of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. The sandwiches were missing, lettuce, cucumbers, hot, honey, and one sandwich had the wrong bread. On top of the missing items, two sandwiches were made wrong or one hot, shredded cheese, and the other hot salt and pepper, even though it was not ordered. When I tried calling the store, the stores number does not work. I did try calling the regional manager who I spoke to and said he would follow up but never did. I went to the store where the “closing manager” call the GM, but I was told that if I didn’t have the sandwiches from the night before, even though I had the pictures, they could not do anything. I do not even care about a refund however, I do feel like considering that I paid for an order that was completely wrong, the issue should’ve been resolved. At the end of the day. I will not be going back nor will I recommend anyone to come here again. You are better off going to the other subways in Sun City. Too bad because this business is obviously failing, and they are losing business by not making a wrong, right.

Wow, a very disrespectful service, I went in order my food, he told me that I can only pay in cash, I understood and then he told me I can't eat inside because he said he needs to clean, I literally went in at 9pm 2 hours before the store closes at 11pm. Then I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the bathroom was a horrible site.

This Subway in particular is terrible: There are few options due to a common lack of ingredients, and the lady working at the counter during the closing shift was even less stellar. She had a horrible attitude, an unhelpful demeanor, and was extremely stingy with the ingredients! (Veggie Delight, for context)
The sandwiches that came out of this establishment were sadder than the woman operating it during the last shift before close. 0/10

Why would this manager leave the store to be ran by a minor. Wow . And the manager left the store to go home and left this kid in prepared, there is no onions cut, no cheese , the meatballs barely any. The kid couldn't get me onions because he's a minor and isn't allowed to cut any. The kid however did a great job trying his best to make is happy. Ots the manager the problem. Also the store is very dirty and of course this kid can't do both cook and clean up

Place is shady to begin with buts close to the house. Tonight I ordered the BMT which has pepperoni, salami and ham. No salami or ham. Switched to tuna with Swiss. No Swiss. And at checkout I found that the soda machine was down so only sweet tea as a drink. There’s a subway every 500 yards in town so might try a different one.
