I love Subway. Everything is so chill. They always make the sandwiches exactly how you want it. Staff at every Subway is super nice. Super patient as well. And they never get mad if you stay for as long as you want. This subway has a charging station which is super nice.
Not only did I order ahead of time online but the crew is rude and they didn’t cut my sandwich’s at all!

HORRIBLE! Everyone working there should be fired. every encounter is rude. Forget calling the store if you order online and they forget to put something in the bag for your dasher. they will purposely ignore the call. They will leave you standing there, even if you’re the only person in the store and not take your order until they are done restocking unnecessary things. Literally put the customer last. All these horrible reviews and nothing is being done. This store needs all new management and employees. Just awful.

The evening shift on 9/8/23 is slow and disregards online orders. Order was supposed to be ready and when we arrived it had not even been started. They can’t seem to multitask and have terrible customer service skills. Blatant lack of cleanliness. Been coming to this location for 6 months and it gets worse with every visit. This will be my last visit. If you order online and get double meat, it’s not on the sandwich but it’s on the receipt. Online orders are always extremely late and the workers are clearly miserable. They don’t greet you and tonight I literally had to prompt the making of my sandwich. The worker didn’t seem to want to even speak to me and he proceeded to toss my sandwich to me when finished.

This location WILL steal from you if you order delivery. Order from the other location in Ruskin, way better and I'm not missing half of the protein on my sandwich that I paid for. Weirdly have come to discover that my sandwich was in fact opened and looks as though the meat was removed before arriving at my address. I have already contacted the franchise about this. Stay safe, do not order from this location. This has happened one too many times now upon getting delivery from this location and I've had enough.I will be contacting authorities if this is not dealt with, as this can lead to cross contamination and essentially be poisoning customers due to this. Allergies are real and the fact that someone could have an allergic reaction due to someone touching another sandwich to remove the contents is terrifying and horrifying. Shame on you, Subway and the DoorDash driver they employ. Please go to the other location as they actually tape and close the sandwich wrapper and bags! This location does not! Not only a cross contamination scare and an allergy scare, but we are in the midst of Covid still and I am considering suing due to having my life in danger due to someone putting their hands in my food when they shouldn't. I am immune compromised, thought not as intense as others. I get extremely sick incredibly easy.Dietary restrictions: I get subway often due to the fact that the ingredients there don't actively set off my colitis and cause me extreme pain or sickness. I get sick easy.

I was 1 of 3 ppl. Other 2 were ordering. I waited almost 10 mins 2 place an order. 2 ppl working. Guy that waited on me seemed totally uninterested in the job n the customers. Did not say anything at all 2 me except for..is that it!! Very non plusses w this location!!!
