It seems that every single time we go, they’re out of quite a bit. Whether it be the Baja blast (this is usually the thing that’s out the most), Cinnabon delights, chicken, what have you, they’re always out of something, which tells me the management isn’t keeping track of inventory. Half the time someone is giving an attitude for whatever reason, which I get when you’re busy it gets frustrating, but you do not need to take it out on paying customers who have not wronged you. It also seems like there’s not enough employees in this establishment, whether it’s people calling out or just horrible scheduling by management, it still comes down to management in the end as it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get 4 items. No sense of urgency.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They served me cold taco fries for the second time in about 3 days. Service is very very slow. Came here a few days ago and they locked the doors in the middle of the day even though it was during normal business hours. It is like they are trying to be obstructionist. Even though my table was about 10 feet away from the counter they will not deliver to my table. It is seems like they do not want customers to come back. Very, very, very disappointing. One would think that by now management would have stepped in and solved the problem, but alas, I see no improvement in product service.

They over charged me by $10, didn’t give me a receipt, messed up 2 of the tacos I ordered, and to top it off they don’t answer their phone. The Gorditas supremes we’re pretty banging though.

Taco Bell is in severe distress. This particular one is better than most. But still, the dining rooms aren't clean, the service is marginal, and Taco Bell needs to get on their game.
Really, cash only when no one else is doing it .the storm was 15 days ago and still cash only ? AND how about a sign dumb ass ! Get all the way to pay and then they inform you cash only, they don't care one bit about the customer
