Got to be honest the place was disgusting. Whole place is filthy. Sometimes these hole in the wall can be good but not this one. Got a BLT let’s just say the B are now being taken home as dog treats. Was hard to eat. The Ruben on rye was mediocre at best. Saying it was a par sandwich is still a lil generous. At the register there was a bit photo of what looked like homemade potato chip and a pile of thin Crispy fries. So I made it a combo and chip were just a small bag of lays and the fries were soggy. The photo just suggested something totally different.
But over all place was nasty. Dirt on walls, floors, windows, sticky wobbly tables. I learned a lesson to do a walk around before ordering cuz the cleanliness says is all. I won’t be back and for the workers, Bless their hearts as it seems like a a crew from a graveyard shift and a dive gas station.

We prefer to take out food to go. It's a cute place, but the dishes are not dishes, so you might as well just take it to go bc its all in to go boxes anyway. We wanted to order dessert to go when we were there and the woman behind the counter never acknowledged again past giving is the food we ordered first.

We have been customers and spend a lot of money here. We ordered chicken soup, chicken tenders and fries. I have to say you guys drop the ball big time. My soup was so bad, it tasted bad, and smelled bad too. The chicken was like weeks old. We threw it out and talked about how upset we were. You got to do better!!

Got a Philly cheese, they did not cook the meat and only have the bread had meat. They put spaghetti sauce on my chilli cheese fries. The worst potato ball I've ever had. Got a milk shake it was just milk and whipped cream. Not really sure what they got going on but it's gone way down hill wtf smh
Huge menu with every kind of sandwich you can imagine. Prices are very reasonable Burgers are great. I’ve been there a few times, and my favorite is their Rueben. Soups are also outstanding . I just wish they were open on Sunday.

Grouper is amazing. It has a phenomenal crunch. Plus I'm a tarter sauce snob and their's is awesome. Fries cooked perfectly. Everything was amazing. Lots of vegetarian and pescatarian options. Run, don't walk to The Hot Tomato

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! We ordered 2 desserts that were over $10 each... Not only were they freezer burnt, OLD, hard and crusty, they literally tasted like chemicals... like someone dumped chemicals on them and sold them anyway. My kids took one bite and we took them back and asked for a refund. The old mean manager refused to give us a refund. She said there was nothing wrong with her desserts and said she could only exchange the desserts for different desserts. Of course we did not want more nasty chemical desserts for our children, so my husband demanded a refund. She still refused. He wouldn't leave. He stayed there a while asking for a refund. The manager who refused him went in the back for several minutes and came back and offered him a refund finally WHICH WE NEVER GOT! She said she tasted her desserts in the back and agreed they were bad. These desserts are not even fresh. She said she gets them in frozen. Instead of believing the customer that her desserts were nasty, she rudely denied us our money back, until she tasted them herself. BAD MANAGEMENT! They said they would return our money to our card. WE NEVER GOT IT! This old manager was crazy looking, smoking cigarettes right outside the restaurant and was very rude and not nice to customers. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AND ARE WARNING ALL OUR FRIENDS TO NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!

Today, I ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich meal. The cashier informed me I got the last tenderloin -after mine they would be out for the day. I thought “oh great, if they’re sold out they MUST BE GOOD”! Not the case…sandwich came with 4 “strips” of meat (like battered thick bacon). Each piece was so overcooked - very difficult to pull apart or even chew! I’ve had beef jerky that was easier to eat than that sandwich! And their prices are kinda high so paying almost $20 for a sandwich, fries and a drink was very disappointing since I couldn’t eat the sandwich at all :(

Had the foot-long hot dog for lunch. It was enough for two of us. Looking forward to going back to try the Monte Cristo. Their BLT is loaded with bacon. Highly recommend it if you're a bacon lover. Large variety of cheesecakes and desserts.
