While I appreciate the breakfast menu, especially the breakfast potatoes, they should definitely have 2 whole pieces of bacon on sandwiches. The line moves fast and sides are always fresh.

I don't know why this place has a 3.3 star rating they are very friendly and kind everyone asked me if I've ordered or if I need anything. The food was out fast and the atmosphere was amazing.

Pretty cool AI talking assistant and much more pleasant than speaking to the unusually bothered drive through employee. Unfortunately I had to speak to the rude lady because the AI assistant didn’t know of the new menu item. And then I eventually had to have a face to face interaction with her and it quickly made me regret going to Wendy’s. Makes you think having one of larger parts of your jobs being taken over by technology would make you want to be more desirable to keep around. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Edit: lowering my review even further to say Even if youpay for extra, you won’t even get what you originally paid for

I had a very bad experience at this location. The drive-thru service was extremely slow, and after being sent to wait in the parking lot, they still brought the wrong food. I specifically ordered without cheese because I am allergic, yet they included it in my order, which is very dangerous. The customer service was poor, and the handling of my order was unacceptable. I will never come back here and do not recommend this place due to their bad service.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went through the drive-thru and was forced to place my order using an AI robot. The robot couldn’t understand me. I finally got the robot
get the order right. French fries were not up to standard (cold). No mystery sauce in bag for the featured meal.

Employees and manager have the worse attitude. I ordered from the automated kiosk and ofter I paid, I was told they don't have the items on the menu, I requested a refund and I was told by the manager that she couldn't give me a refund, before I could say anything, she turned around with an disrespectful attude saying she wasn't there fot that.
