Absolutely terrible experience. I went through the drive-thru and was forced to place my order using an AI robot. The robot couldn’t understand me. I finally got the robot get the order right. French fries were not up to standard (cold). No mystery sauce in bag for the featured meal. Awful do better Wendy’s

Employees and manager have the worse attitude. I ordered from the automated kiosk and ofter I paid, I was told they don't have the items on the menu, I requested a refund and I was told by the manager that she couldn't give me a refund, before I could say anything, she turned around with an disrespectful attude saying she wasn't there fot that.

This is probably the best Wendy's in the world. There's either a restaurant full of happy or brainwashed people here because I've never had such great service from every employee in a fast food restaurant before. All 4 employees we dealt with were extremely friendly and nice. They all deserve a beer after work on Wendy's

I get breakfast pretty frequently from this spot, theres one lady who's really awesome and great, and one who's not so much
The great lady has blonde hair and usually has her hair up in a hat, shes on it professional and awesome. the not so great lady is older with I think short Grey hair she always forgets something and is kind of rude

Slow. I placed a mobile order and waited over 20 minutes for the worker to get my food. I've never seen someone move so slow in my life. I was the only one waiting when I got there. By the time I left there were at least 10 people waiting behind me. Just go someplace else if you want to eat.
