Havent eatten there in a whole. Chicken breast was so dry could hardly swollow it. The sides looked old and not great corn bread was good. Not sure I want to go back

Boston Market food has really gone down. My first time having spicy Nuggets(Chicken breast chunks),and they were terrible. Salty and dry,along with the sides that weren't much appetizing ( looked old) .will not return to this location.

Stopped for lunch and food was good. They were just out of alot if stuff so I gave them a lower score. Staff was friendly but just no cornbread or meatloaf which really was disappointing. Maybe next time.

I went in at 630pm, mind you their open till 10, asked for a pot piethe young lady said no we don't have any pot pies, did not offer any explanation, like it may take a while and I cook make more nothing just a stared look, and she did say sorry. called my wife who still wanted something to eat, went right back in the store and asked for chicken dinner same young lady said we only have chicken breast. Mind you again this is only 630pm, I said ok my wife likes white meat, a second woman working said you get 2 sides with the meal I look these sides looked like they were sitting out all day. I scanned for the sides for the list tired looking, that in itself is very sad. Decided on mac n cheese - over-cooked and box flavormashed potatoes ---instant at its worst, with brown salty gravy.THE CHICKEN SMH DRIED OUT TERRIBLE, PUT IT IN MY CRAB TRAPS HOPING TO CATCH SOMETHING TASTYThis meal was 15 dollars and change. If you have stars for the negative power I will give it, cuz 1 star is put this store on a pedestal.

The food not worth the price they charge. The service from the door until you pay is un-pleasant seems like is a bother to them if you dine in.. again food is horrible here

6:00 PM on an a Wednesday - new potatoes were cold- charged for drinks when we had water- cashier did not know how to make refund- worker yelled out that she had to go to the bathroom- restaurant was clean but food was not so good.

For a "fast food restaurant" the quality is above average, the people are pleasant, the choice of eating in or take out, all together makes eating here, or takeout a pleasure and inexpensive experience.

I don’t know if it was COVID-19 or what but this store used to be great now it sucks. Today I was lucky and they were open, I got turned away because they didn’t have any chicken or meatloaf. What if I didn’t want chicken or meatloaf? Needs new management. The store won’t make it another year.
