Great Ice Cream and speedy service.
The ice cream is wonderfu and the store is clean. Kali took care of everyone that came in, including myself with a smile and a friendly greeting. Thank you for a sweet treat and a pleasant place to eat it.
In town for the weekend and popped in here for a quick treat at the end of the night. Coldstone is always reliable so we knew what we were getting. Our server, Kali, was sweeter than the ice cream. She knew her stuff and gave some delicious recommendations. 11/10 experience.

I have been here a couple times and it’s amazing!! There’s always this one employee who stands out from the rest cali, not just for her accent but her cheerfulness and joy as soon as we walk in!! We love you ms tenneese!!!!

This place is as decadent as any ice cream store I've ever been to. OMG, the sundaes and other things and the ice cream is so good I can't even go near it without getting sucked in. The employees are a delight.

I recently indulged in a delicious Milk and Oreo Cookie shake at Cold Stone Creamery in Safety Harbor. The combination of creamy ice cream, crunchy Oreos, and rich milk was simply irresistible. It was the perfect treat to cool down on a warm day. The shake was thick, satisfying, and packed with flavor.

On 07/17/2024 at about 9:00pm went into Cold Stone, to try the a new flavor , it was disgusting, a lady make ice cream without gloves, touching the icecream clearly and toppings also.. I turned around and walked out after seeing an employee walk from the back NOT WASH her hands, and begins to prepare orders without GLOVES on. So I called the store and was informed that it's NOT in their policy to use GLOVES. I will NEVER eat here again or recommend this place until that nasty, gross policy is updated.

Lorena just catered for us at our wedding and it was the highlight of the night! She does a great job. She brought 2 ice creams and 1 sorbet with so many mix-ins. We had a lot of kids at the wedding who really enjoyed getting to have ice cream on a hot day. Highly recommended!

We were in town for a road race. Safety Harbor is a cute town on the Gulf and home to the historic Safety Harbor Hotel and Spa.Its Main Street shopping area is filled with restaurants and shops including Cold Stone Creamery at 100 Main St.After walking from our Airbnb to downtown and finding the start line, we stopped in for a treat.Cold Stone Creamery is a bright, airy, cool and very clean creamery.So many treats to catch your eye. A catalog showcases the variety of cakes for every occasion.Savannah waited on us. I ordered a small cup and enjoyed it outside before resuming our walk back. She prepared the cup and checked me out at the register. Another worker came out to help as another group came in. There are tables to eat in.
Parking: Safety Harbor has free street parking. It can be difficult to find spots especially when events are being held. We recommend angle parking on Jefferson St. not far from the hotel and spa.
Kid-friendliness: A kid’s dream place for ice cream and other cool treats.
