I received a gift card so I bought $10 worth of ice cream. The homemade flavors with real ingredients and lots of cream make for uniquely delicious ice cream. Don't get me wrong; I love BR's bubblegum cones, but this stuff is old school natural food. The waffle cones are great, too.

I made my friends pass all other ice cream shops in downtown Safety Harbor on a mission to find my favorite ice cream, Sweet Cream (with raspberries). I was very impressed with the customer service and so excited to eat my favorite ice cream, but quickly realized it tasted off. The sweet cream and cake batter labels were switched!!! By the time I realized, there was a huge crowd of people in the store and I didn’t want to be a nuisance, so I just walked away ☹️please don’t let this travesty happen to someone else?

We regularly drive over an hour to this Coldstone because it is the only Coldstone in the Tampa area that has the fudge truffle flavor. They also have a large variety of dipped cone flavors. We love this Coldstone!! Great every time.

Emily was a very good worker and she was so kind! also the salted caramel ice cream is soo good and the Barbie cake tasted awesome!! I also like the displays of the cakes and everything because it was cool to look at them while waiting in line (which was fast paced which I like.)

This cold stone location is good. The inside is clean, and has a friendly staff, but it's very small. Inside is quite cramped if there are multiple families waiting to order and there are only a few tables outside (but there is a nice park across the street). The ice cream is what you'd expect from cold stone- creamy, rich, and delicious.
