Eddy was amazing! I had the honor of getting him as a server twice during my stay and each time was more than pleasant! By far the best service I had had at this restaurant, even though I must say every server has been friendly and accommodating. Eddy goes above and beyond to give you the service and experience you deserve. I was extremely shocked with how far he went to make the perfect Bloody Mary for me on my mother daughter day. This little gesture went the extra mile for outstanding service and memory.

We hosted a small reception at the Fountain Grille, and it was wonderful! Rob was always willing to work with us on every detail, and the event went beautifully. Everyone commented on how good the food was, taking leftovers to-go, and the staff were all very gracious. 20/20 stars!

Food is medocore at best. Prices too high. Outdated dinning area and too hot inside. Good service though.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After being seated, I just left after sitting there for 15 minutes without a single person asking if I needed anything. Plenty of staff, not that busy, but staff just standing around talking or staring at their phones. Nice job, guys?
We had a party of 9 and when the grouper, salmon and crab cakes hit the table the whole place smelled like rotten fish, it was so overpowering half the table could eat their meal. My sister had the grouper sandwich and because she was so hungry tried to force it down but only got three bites in and when we left she almost threw up in the hotel lobby( luckily made it outside). None of the two grouper dishes or the two salmon dishes were edible and were left. One child liked her chicken fingers but I actually recognized them from the frozen box I buy from restaurant depot and heat up at home. The bruschetta sat in the kitchen so long the once crispy bread was soaked through and a complete soggy mess but the tomatoes and olives tasted ok just could eat it on mushy bread. The Mediterranean dish was actually the only good thing on the menu but to be honest how hard is it to slap hummus and open the bag of pita triangles and open the jar of olives and throw it on a plate. Dolmades on the med plate were good but looked store bought. The atmosphere looked like a hotel continental breakfast room at a holiday inn. There are so many great restaurants in Safety Harbor this is just not one of them. I paid in full and didn’t complain in person but I wanted to make sure others knew to stay away. The food is all frozen, old and something kitchen nightmares could have a field day in.

We usually go with friends for celebrations. The staff and larger party group organizer have been super. They even prepare a seperate menu for larger parties when booking at the fountain grille. You need to make reservations in advance and plan it. We were pleased with the atmosphere and food quality. Having this extra service made the night flow with ease. The servers were attentive and quick. So give it a try if you have a larger group.

YESTERDAY MAY / 7 / 2024 MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THE FOUNTAIN GRILLE FOR LUNCH. IT WAS TACO TUESDAY, MY HUSBAND DECIDED TO HAVE THE TACO BAR.I HAD THE SALMON WITH ORZO. PLEASE KNOW WE HAVE BEEN PATRIONS AT THIS EATERY FOR MANY YEARS. WE HAVE WATCHED IT GO DOWN IN QUAILTY FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE.MY HUSBAND TOLD ME TACO BELL WAS BETTER THAN WHAT HE HAD. HE COULD NOT EVEN EAT THE REFRIED BEANS THEY OFFERED AS THEY WERE LIQUIFIED.I SENT THE SALMON BACK ONCE HOWEVER STILL WAS BAD. THE ORZO AND SALMON LAID IN SOME TYPE OF FISHY WATER, NOT A SAUCE.THE ROOF HAS BEEN LEAKING, MANY BIG BROWN SPOTS ALL OVER THE CEILING. THE CURTAINS NEXT TO THE SMALL TWO CHAIR TABLE THAT MY HUSBAND SAT NEXT TO HAD FOODOR PERHAPS SOMEONE WIPED THEIR HANDS ON THEMOR PERHASP THEIR NOSE?I WAS ILL IN THE NIGHT --ALL NIGHT-- AFTER EATING THE SALMON. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.I GAVE THE SERVER A TWENTY DOLLAR TIP AS IT WAS NOT HER FAULT.
