If you are in the mood for finger food, cocktails, and a relaxed atmosphere, this is your place. A slightly quirky place with attentive waitstaff and a large (pet-friendly) patio. I'd say this is the best spot for Safety Harbor people watching. The menu is based on elevated kid's menu food items (dogs, melts, mac&cheese, and burgers) with only a few vegetarian options. I have to admit that I am always wondering about the quality of the meat when it costs $2 to replace a wagyu beef patty with an impossible (vegan) patty.

We had such a nice evening at Gigglewaters! Came with a friend while we were in the Tampa Bay area. We did the dinner and a movie. Both of us loved the burgers we got. Popcorn and deserts were awesome too. I wish there was a place like this closer to home, I'd go all the time! Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area. Shout out to our waiter Zander who was attenative and friendly 😁.

Food was absolutely phenomenal!!! Burgers were top tier, suuupperr juicy and flavorful. The chicken and waffles were sooo good. Waffles were good enough to eat without any sides. Syrup a plus along with whipped cream and butter. Peanut butter was a no no (IMO) but doesn't change the fact it's amazing.

Very cool place with a 1920s speakeasy vibe. Has a small theater in back that plays movies from new to classics with very reasonable ticket prices. Food is a little on the eccentric side for my boring palette, but what I got was very good. Overall the area and the atmosphere was very cool and fun to experience. I haven't been to the theater yet but definitely planning a date night with the wife here in the near future.

Wow, what an amazing experience! I visited Gigglewaters for their screening of Mamma Mia and the experience truly was one-of-a-kind. The atmosphere was comfortable, with the screening area being relatively quaint. I sat in a paired seat with my cousin at the very front. Ordering was easy, instructions were velcro-ed to the small table connecting our seats, all you have to do is scan the provided QR code to view their menu, write your order on a small slip of paper, and turn on the lamp at your table. The service was so excellent, that I didn't even notice staff bringing in orders throughout the movie (Daniel was fantastic BTW!).
The owner stopped in prior to the start of the movie to tell us about their nomination for 'Best in the Bay.' He must be a wonderful leader given the great service and unforgettable experience, I hope to come by again soon!

We are from Massachusetts and met friends who live in Safety Harbor but never went there. The place was wonderful. Dan our server was amazing. He was went above and beyond. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He deserves a raise! Food was wonderful and atmosphere was simply in great. Perfect night.

We went for brunch and food service and atmosphere here were excellent. I had the Redford omelet and my wife had the goggle melt (patty melt). Both were excellent The melt had a wonderful taste with the pimento cheese on it. Bread was fantastic. Drinks were great as well. I had the big Lebowski a coffee vodka mix. Excellent taste and flavor. My wife had the Noble experiment a bourbon drink. Prices were reasonable for amount of food and both drinks had a good punch to them. I would highly recommend this place.
Attended a private party, and Gigglewaters was the perfect place! The screening room is amazing. Our server was fantastic, The food was delicious. Will be back and highly recommend!

This was our first stop while waiting to check into our hotel. Based on reviews from friends we planned our day around it. We didn't see their theater but the food, service, and personality of the staff is definitely worth a visit. Our bartender was finishing his training and regrettably we didnt get his name but, he was amazing. We also witnessed an interaction with between him and his manager and, as someone who also manages a restaurant, it is rare to see a manager who interacts with his team like that. Very recommended for any one in the area.
