Stepped into this little gem, after walking the Bloom N Chalk Fest. Awesome atmosphere, much like an old speakeasy. Burgers are freaking DELICIOUS. Huge selection of drinks and alcohol. Service was fantastic. Andrea was our server, and she was the picture of professionalism and courtesy. Thank you so much for having us!

Gigglewaters offers such a fab concept: speakeasy-themed restaurant (with indoors and outdoors seating), plus a beautiful little movie theater. Perfect for date nights, or girls night out!

One of the best dates nights in the area. The whole crew works hard to make sure you have a great experience, and the atmosphere is so cozy. The food is always great quality, the theater is comfortable and intimate, and you can tell the owners genuinely care about creating fun new experiences for the community. Their continued collaboration with other local businesses during the cinema supper series really shows that they value uplifting their neighbors and drawing more business to the area.

glad we stopped here on our mini vacation for a showing of The Leprechaun… this is giving me more reasons of why I need to retire in Safety Harbor! I loved the vibe, the food (I had a hard time choosing, I wanted it all), and the service. Thank you.

Awards on the wall say best burger in Tampa. We have to agree. Ordered blu chese with bacon and mac&cheese side. Delicious and expertly prepared. Service was outstanding. Large cocktail and wine listing. Beer list smaller, but good. Nice outdoor patio in front. Cozy pub inside. Highly recommend. Will be back.

Stopped by here on Sunday afternoon and asked for a table for two outside expecting to be seated at a table in the shade. We were promptly seated at a table in the sun and to make matters worse service was unusually slow. I was going to rate service accordingly but the explanation and apologies by the manager and then our server changed that. Our server Daniel was friendly and attentive. I only gave three stars for atmosphere as there was little to no shade outside. We overheard several of our fellow customers complaining about the same. No one enjoys sitting out in the hot Florida sun even if it's just drinking cold drinks let alone eating. On a positive note the food and drinks were excellent.

Parking: Mostly street parking so I wouldn't say plentiful but generally seems to be adequate.

The fine liquor selection is extensive and the decor is pretty cool. It’s a neat concept and that’s where the pleasantries ended for our experience at Gigglewaters. There was only 2 patrons at the bar when our party of 4 sat down. They were not busy at all. I requested an espresso martini with Basil Hayden Rye instead of Vodka. The bartender reluctantly agreed that she was able to make it. She went through the trouble of getting the bottle off the top shelf and then informed me there was a FIFTEEN dollar upcharge for subbing the whiskey. Absolutely ridiculous, Basil Hayden is NOT expensive. I decided to get the house Old Fashioned. It was a 6.8 Old Fashioned if I had to rate it; pretty sweet. There was no small talk of any kind with the bartender. We asked about what movies they were screening. She wasn’t very excited to share what was going on. Basically pointed to the wall that the movie list was on. Another patron in our party asked for a Hot toddy. Again met with frustration by the bar tender. Generally any question we asked was met with a poor attitude and a reluctance to make us feel welcome. Needless to say we stuck to the one round of drinks and took our business elsewhere. You never know what someone is going through and I understand there are bad days. But if you are that miserable, please stay home. There’s little chance we will return….
