I don’t know about the best carrot cake but the carrot cake ice cream is pretty darn tasty. The kids love all of the ice cream flavors to choose from. Friendly staff.

Always love local and homemade ice cream. We were in town for spring training baseball and joined some friends who live locally for dinner in the area. Afterwards they took us here as it’s their favorite ice cream shop. We tried some of their flavors and agree it’s good stuff. I had The Boss which is a vanilla base with brownies and peanut butter and my wife had pistachio. Lots of other interesting flavors. Definitely recommend!!

We stopped by Strachan's at the end of the evening on our walk back to the car. I got a cone in a cup with rocky road ice cream. I always want a cone but they tend to be messy so I loved that they had the cone in a cup option. The staff was friendly and quick and the treat was definitely a yummy way to end the evening.
