My son and I went to Nona's last night for dinner. It was a rainy Wednesday evening and they were packed. We waited about 30 minutes for our table, not bad. Our server was Cheyanne and she was awesome! Excellent customer service and what a big bubbly personality she had. It was very enjoyable to have her as our server. Will definitely ask for her again.

Fantastic pizza. They offer 3 different styles of pizza. The NY style was excellent. If you're looking for great pizza in the Tampa Bay area add this place to your list.

Title: Exquisite Detroit Style Pizza Delight at The Nona Slice House. The Nona Slice House in Safety Harbor has truly mastered the art of crafting delectable pizzas, and their Detroit style with pistachio and arugula is an absolute game-changer. From the moment I took my first bite, I was transported to a realm of culinary bliss. The pizza boasts a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Despite its thickness, it manages to maintain a light and airy quality that pleasantly surprises the palate. The crispy edges, adorned with generous amounts of cheese, add a delightful crunch to each bite. The combination of pistachio and arugula elevates the pizza to new heights, offering a unique and unforgettable flavor profile. The pistachios add a subtle nuttiness, while the arugula provides a refreshing contrast, making every mouthful a symphony of tastes.Without a doubt, this slice of pizza has earned the title of the best I've ever had. The Nona Slice House has set a new standard for pizza perfection, and I cannot wait to return for another slice (or two). If you find yourself in Safety Harbor, do yourself a favor and indulge in this culinary masterpiece—you won't regret it.

Great pizza, salads and beer prices - but over an hour wait on a Tuesday and parking is a nightmare. Only go if you have time to spare.

We liked everything about this place. The Garlic Knots are huge, and hot. The pizza was very good, though IMO ours had too much oregano. Terrific atmosphere. Farley Compton was a hoot!Knots: 7 Pizza 7 Atmosphere 8

The only downfall for Nona’s is that it is very popular. I hate rating this so high because it will only make it even more popular but it is the right thing to do. You will enjoy the food for sure.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level. No stairs.

We stumbled upon this place while on our way to another restaurant. The smell of the pizza and the atmosphere made us turn around and check this place out. The pizza and appetizers were delicious. There was a 15-minute wait for our table, but it was worth it. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend it if you are in the mood for pizza.

Everything that The Nona Slice House does is EXCELLENT. They create the absolute best pizza in the entire Tampa Bay area! The only thing I wish could change is to somehow give them more parking spaces!

Popped in for lunch and had a great experience. You can't beat the location and we enjoyed the outdoor covered seating. Now, it was 75 and sunny the day we were there. I would imagine it gets hot out there in summer. But they seemed to have fans around and you sort of know what you are getting when you show up. Overall, the pizza we had wasn't our personal favorite, but that is just a preference over anything to do with quality. Next time we come back we will try the New York slice.

When you happen to be in the Tampa area right after Dave Portnoy reviews a pizza spot and you can hear the crunch in the video you just have to go try it… this place DID NOT disappoint! I’ve had 8.3 rated pizza by Mr Portnoy and I can say this 7.9 is SUPER underrated… this is a 9.5 in my book.. biggest frustration was definitely parking and looks like staff was extremely overwhelmed with the amount of people. But overall loved it and would come here again and again if I were in the area.

Came because of Dave Portnoy’s review and the hype is real! FYI the wait was 2 HOURS (for to-go) on a Saturday night so plan ahead. Worth it though! It definitely is a New York 8, and I’d even say a Florida 10, as I haven’t had better pizza around here. We tried each style and my favorite was the Detroit. The old world margherita was also amazing.DONT SKIP OUT ON DESSERT. The strawberry cheesecake was absolutely insane. Haven’t had better in FL. The cannoli was also great! Already can’t wait to come back and curious to try the vegan options too.

We were there with a guitar playing singer. Who made for a wonderful atmosphere. The pizzas are incredible. I wouldn't miss the El Diablo particularly if you like a crispy crust!

Menu was difficult to understand for a first timer. Mostly the pizza had very thick crust, at least an inch thick. The sauce was ok but was just fair. I have had worst but never twice. There was live music which made conversation difficult. There were a lot of snow birds present so it was very crowded. Beer was mostly five bucks and above.
