I went last night. I got fried grouper fingers, ant they were not good. It was not cut “ fingers” , but the scraps from other dishes. The pieces were all so small, and salty. Yuk.My wife had yellowtail. It looked and tasted like amberjack. Dry as a desert. My mom had a fried shrimp sandwich. It was very salty, as well. The salad was okay, but 8 dollars for a tiny bowl was a bit much. Bottom line- go to Long John Silvers for better quality and flavor

After discovering John on tik tok and following him I had to try this place. The food was great I had the snapper vesuvio. My wife got the Bacon jam & pimento burger and the Bacon jam was out of this world. I’m only giving 4 stars because they have can drinks and they are warm so pour over ice gets watered down get a soda machine or make some tea this place would be perfect

Fresh oyster happy hour (4-7pm) special at $1 each and so delicious. Main dishes were seared scallops (highly recommended) and fish and chips. Service is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable and food is fresh and tasty! I'll be back!!!

They say they have the best grouper sandwich in Tampa Bay. They might be right.

Because of my professional life and for other reasons I have eaten in many different states and in a number of other countries. This is by far the best poke Fishball I have ever had in my life anywhere in any country at any time.

Safety Harbor's most wonderful eatery, it has delicious food, tremendous service, and a shop to buy the things you need but didn't realize you needed them. Genevieve was our server and she was both pleasant and knowledgeable. We ordered Boudin Balls and Parmesan Grits to start. They could've sustained us for the rest of the afternoon. But no, too many enticing menu entries. For entrees, my date had the risotto with scallops (melt in your mouth scallops) while I had the fried oyster po-boy (the bread is flown in from New Orleans). The word to describe these entrees is divine. My poboy arrived with a bed of orzo, the perfect complement. Also, the Tides has a nice assortment of craft beers (Florida-based) and a good wine list. Genevieve made the visit more enjoyable. We will be back, for sure. There are a number of items we will try next time as the menu is packed with great options. The $100 we spent (inlcuding tip) was well worth it.

We have been wanting to try this restaurant since they opened and it did not disappoint. We had the happy hour oyster special…tuna tartar (delicious!), seared scallops, fried green tomatoes, and clams. I was so impressed with the seasonings and balanced flavors. Our server, Scarlet was so sweet and attentive. We will be back! Our new favorite local spot!

By far the beast seafood in the area restaurant in the area!Their seafood platter for around $100 would be double anywhere else and not nearly as thoughtfully prepared. Each element was excellent and the variety of cold water oysters was truly a treat. The service and atmosphere was outstanding as well.If you’re thinking seafood, look no further!10 out of 10!
