Brand new wendy's and I guess no one knows how to properly cook the food? Ive given them months to work out the issues, I was exicted for a new fast food place to open near me. But soggy burgers, chicken sandwiches and fries, super long waits, the WORST designed parking lot/driveway exit ever designed makes me never want to eat here again. Multiple times I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food when there was only one car behind me. Why does it take this location 15 minutes to make 1 burger and then when I finally get it, it's immediately a soggy mess. Ive been eating at wendy's for years at boot ranch and the food seems completely different.

We went to Wendy's at 10:00 pm on a monday expecting the bare minimum. The staff at this Wendy's made all the difference. Russel went above and beyond and made sure our order was complete, fresh and we got everything we needed. Our expectations were surpassed by far.

Food was hot and fresh. Ordered on the app for the first time. Had an issue with a French Fry promo that we processed correctly on the app but didn't go through on the order. Manager came to the window and handled it well. Everything was great and I appreciate her treating the customer right. Thank you !!

Went to new Wendy's for first time
We went for breakfast but they don't serve that anymore. We had a hamburger and a spicy chicken sandwich. They were both good abut the French fries were exellent. Better than a lot of restaurants. Service fast and helpful. Atmosphere was cozy, with brand new furnishings. Clean neat bathrooms.

First, I do not like the robot who takes the order. I prefer a human. But the robot is not as bad as the food. The first time I went, we got the Cinnabon pull-aparts. They were so overcooked and hard that I literally had to throw them away. Tonight, I decided to give the new Safety Harbor location another try. Strike two! All of the food was cold and the bottom bun on the burger was hard and had to be thrown away. Very disappointed! I will not go to this location again, even though it is closest to my home. It will be interesting to see if it stays in business.

Newly opened Wendy's, so service rating may be skewed by inexperienced staff. Ordering stations did not work as advertised making accuracy difficult. Ordered a meal combo but was charged separately for the drink. Staff seemed confused but after talking to a supervisor, the situation was resolved. I will reevaluate on my next visit.

I recently visited Wendy’s, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and way better than I expected for fast food. The fries were crisp, the burgers tasted like they were made right when I ordered them, and the Frosty was the perfect finish. Everything just had that “fresh, never frozen” feel they’re known for.

What made the visit even better was the staff. Everyone was super welcoming and patient, even though the place was a little busy. They got orders out quickly, checked to make sure people had what they needed, and the whole vibe felt organized and friendly. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

Overall, Wendy’s totally delivered—great food, great people, great experience. I’d definitely go again.

Said out of lettuce for our hamburgers so no lettuce, but went to Publix across street after to shop, had loads of it... Go get some... 1 tiny piece of onion on all burgers, 1 pickle, a joke, worst burgers ever. Salad... Yes had lettuce for that... Was good, chili good. Baked Potato good,but they forgot to give me the butter and sour cream. So... Yeas a sub par meal.

It’s really pathetic that what… 3 weeks since opening we have 20 minute drive thru waits on a Sunday. I got to the window and whatever staff member was there gave my order to the wrong person In front of me, this has happened TWICE. Utter JOKE! On top of 12-15 for a meal it’s unbelievable.
