This Store in St. James City FL has the most problems. Since reopening from Hurricane Ian the service has been terrible. I've been there three times since the reopening and have had problems every time. First time they did answer the phone, so when I went in to order and the phone was ringing and the workers just ignore the phone and just went on to pretend to be working messing with pizza boxes and acting busy. The second time they forgot part of my order. So I started ordering online, only to get there and they said their system was down and they voided my order and couldn't make it now. They should have stayed closed. I'm done with Domino's. Domino's don't even deserve a single start. They Suck!!

Great local pizza delivery on Pine Island. They will get you your pie in a timely manner!
A little disappointed in this Domino's. The pizza was a bit under cooked, there was no garlic on the crust and one of the pizza's was cut waaaaayyy off angle.I wanted to leave them a review on their app, but it showed that my order was canceled instead of picked up. VERY confused by this.

Placed order at 7:14 pm and it arrived after 8:30. Was glad to see they had opened back up and had previously gotten a carryout that was great. But tonight I got cold food and I understand my address was hard to find for driver but that's why they are supposed to use car toppers. Would of been able to help the driver. Won't order delivery again. Quicker to just pick it up.
They should be ashamed to be a franchisePlaced an online order for 1 00 pm pick up confirmation said expected pick up today. Went to pick up and store is closed. Tried calling and phone does not even ring. But order hit my cc then said order was for TuesdayDominos needs to bring one of there franchise managers in to review his this location is managed. I will pay the extra money to have uber bring in from elsewheere

EDIT: the fact it took 10 months for a reply should tell you everything you need to know. This location is a franchise and doesn't remotely follow corporate guidelines. It's only a matter of time before it's shut down.

Cinnamon twist are not cooked at all. Nothing but half cooked dough. They can never deliver. They usually never give me the two liter I order or the sauces. Pay attention to your jobs.

Staff was so nice!! Best tasting dominos pizza I’ve ever ordered too. Two guys at the counter greeted my partner and I, handed over my pizza and waved us off. I ordered and paid online and this was the quickest and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at any takeout establishment. The cheesy bread was crispy and gooey in the middle yummm!
