A Fresh Connection Catering, Cafe and Bakery

We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Fresh Connection Catering during one of the most devastating times of our lives. Our wedding venue was destroyed by Hurricane Helene, leaving us no choice but to cancel our wedding entirely due to the venue’s extensive damage and our own personal losses. We reached out to Fresh Connection Catering immediately after the disaster, explaining the situation and hoping for understanding given the extraordinary circumstances. To our shock and disappointment, they insisted on keeping a $693 "admin" fee. This fee felt completely unjustified, especially since the cancellation was entirely due to a natural disaster beyond anyone's control. Adding to the frustration, our family had gone out of their way to help by covering the cost of a bathroom rental for the event. Despite everything, Fresh Connection Catering initially refused to issue a full refund for this rental. After weeks of waiting and vague communication, they finally returned the full refund, but the delay and lack of clarity were frustrating and added stress to an already difficult situation. To make matters worse, the refundable portion of our payment was held by Fresh Connection Catering for weeks, with the company refusing to provide a clear timeline for when we could expect it. Every interaction was met with vague, unhelpful responses, which only added unnecessary stress to an already devastating time. Rather than showing compassion or flexibility, Fresh Connection Catering chose to prioritize profit over humanity. Their rigid policies, poor communication, and lack of empathy during times of crisis made a heartbreaking situation even worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering Fresh Connection Catering. Their unwillingness to adapt to extraordinary circumstances, failure to provide accountability, and lack of compassion for their clients in times of need speak volumes about their priorities.

Lisa and staff were unbelievable!! So accommodating!! Being a caterer for over 35 years I tend to want to take charge and change things but I honestly got to mourn the passing of my Mother and celebrate her life with loved ones and not have to worry about 1 thing!! They are so professional and the food was absolutely awesome! Highly suggest using this classy, top notch caterer!!

Fresh Connection catered the reception for 70+ guests we had following my mother’s Celebration of Life. Everything went perfectly.They were very helpful with discussing menu options and pricing to plan the event. Thank you.They coordinated directly with the church to plan access to their Fellowship Hall. Thank you.Day of event. On time? Check. Set up? Great. Service during event? Great. Food regularly refreshed, hot food was hot. Clean up? Perfect.Food quality was very good. We had a selection of heavy hors d’oeuvres, plus some dessert items. Cookies brownies. Everything was delicious.Overall I highly, highly recommend fresh connection. For this event, you can imagine that my family needed to NOT be organizing, preparing food, transporting, serving and cleaning up - everything needed for a 70 person reception. And we didn’t. Fresh connection handled everything from a to z. And with high quality. Thank you

5 Star Christmas Party event for sure!! Every step of the way from planning menu with Susie, to layout/logistics with Renee to Meg and her "A" crew serving up the delicious food & the Bartenders serving the crowds. The food was perfect, desserts were delightful which made it 100% successful. It was a wonderful evening & we will be using A Fresh Connection for all our future needs!

Wonderful catering and the team was so friendly! This was our second time using A Fresh Connection and we will use them for our next event too!

We ordered 2 individual Thanksgiving meals and they were delightful! Turkey was tender and we had plenty! Rolls were delicious. I took one star off because there wasn't quite enough cranberry or gravy. But nicely done! I would order again!

This company is fabulous. They catered our community Thanksgiving dinner for 350. Food was delicious, service was awesome. Great people to work with! I have already booked them for next year!

Professional.. All of the food was delicious. Everything was great from the first phone call to the end of our event. We will use A Fresh Connection Catering, Cafe and Bakery again and again!
