Applebee's Grill + Bar

Ordered meal for 2 at the bar. Steaks Medium appetizer came after a very long wait, then the steaks came pretty quickly. We had expressed concern that this would happen, were assured it would not happen

Then we asked for steak knives. Said all were dirty. Waited while steaks got cool. Offered us plastic. We got to go boxes.

Got home steaks were flavorless rubber. This used to be a good location but now it is not.

Party of 5 with a beautiful 5 month old baby girl, and we never saw our waitress. We waited for 15 minutes as we were all very hungry, never once were we even offered drinks. So, I don't know if their food is any good or not.

We love eating here at our local spot the bourbon steak is our favorite. Only thing is the silverware is ALWAYS dirty and we have to ask for clean ones. Three times in a row now so wanted to mention

Everything was so horrible the food was horrible customer service was horrible, between messing the bill up to forcing me to pay for food I didn’t eat

Just wasted $16 on a disgusting salad that wound up in the garbage. The restaurant was filthy with worms on the floor by the door. Can’t believe how bad this place has gotten 🤢

I was just disappointed, me and some buds haven’t been to Applebees in awhile. We saw a commercial and thought why not. We get there and the place was empty. Server was ok, not much to say cause he wasn’t really present the whole meal which left out other beverages empty and extra dishes in the way. Food was good but the reason this isn’t rated higher and im writing this is because i use to live off of Applebees milkshakes when i was younger and so i decided to end my meal with one. A plain vanilla milkshakes, simple right ? No apparently not, and to my extreme disappointment The server brought the shake over in to go cup when I did not ask, but his message was clear. He did give me a paper straw for the to go beverage. I do not like paper straws so I waited to get in the car where I had a proper straw to use for the milkshake. (If you can even call it that)
was simply blended ice with milk and Oreos I despise chocolate, i was chopping on bricks of ice with every sip. I didn’t in notice the Oreos till after i took the lid off cause the ice was too big to go up the straw so this experience was a negative experience for me :/ mostly likely my last time at Applebees for awhile again

Their food was and still is amazing! The waiter helped us pick out the perfect meal! Shout out to Ernest.

Terrible service; do not waste your money. My partner and I used to love this place, but for the past year, it has just gone to crap. The last time we came my partner and I were convinced the hostess was drunk (barely able to talk loud enough for us to hear and leaning on everything to keep her balance), and our server implied we were trying to Karen our way into free food and/or attempting dine-and-dash when we were just trying to clarify that we did not recieve what we ordered. We were thinking about leaving some kind of a tip for the misunderstanding, but ABSOLUTELY NOT after they implied we were trying to steal food. We are never coming here again.
