APULULU kitchen provides a truly incredible and immersive catering experience, perfect for family dinners, parties, and events like weddings or birthdays. The service is wonderful, friendly, and easy to work with. The food is excellent, delicious, and full of amazing flavors using fresh ingredients. It is true Latino and Cuban comfort food. Specific standout dishes include the tremendous and mouth-watering ropa vieja, both as a plate and in a burrito. Their paella is stunning and perfect for a special, whether seafood or with meats. While the paella takes time, it is well worth the wait. Guests also highly recommend the croquettes, chorizo, Cuban Street Sliders, and Davile Crabs with Cilantro Garlic Sauce. The atmosphere is very artsy, located in the Arts Xchange District near several art galleries. The owners are fantastic, kind, and sincere humans. This restaurant is highly recommended for an authentic, unique cultural and dining experience.
