Great customer service, stopped by Saturday 11/2 @ 8:48pm went through the drive thru on my way home amazing service!! Wish all restaurants treated customers this way. Hard to find good food and good service especially these days ?❤️ Thank you Arby's on 4th

If I could give negative stars I would..yes I’m aware there’s a hurricane forecasted for TOMORROW but when I pull up and you answer the machine and I said oh okay cool you’re open then I get met with WELL WE DONT WANT TO BE SO IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU WANT…I didn’t ask what you wanted:) I double checked that you were still open. Lose the attitude, you did not HAVE to go to work tonight.
Always loved Arby's I never been disappointed. The service has always been top notch. Always looking for something diffrent. I always go inside to look at the menu to take my time. The Deli sandwiches are the best I just like something diffrent.
