As a transplant from NJ/NY, I know good pizza when I see it (and eat it). Astra is hands down the best in St. Pete. The owner and I had a great conversation the other night as I waited for my pie, and he's one cool dude! If you need a NY slice in St. Pete, Astra must be your go-to. This will always be my favorite pizza spot!

Carlos at Astra Pizza & Subs has an awesome hidden gem that your tastebuds will enjoy! The medium flavored wings are delicious also! Always a favorite! The owner is so kinda and attentive. The jalapeño pepperoni is our go to and it’s always crispy, fresh and delicious, and this is coming from someone who LOVES a good pizza! Def worth trying :)
