The man who handed me my ice cream cone had blood dripping down his hands ? repulsive. Also the cone they gave me was too small for the ice cream. Immediatley threw it away. Waste of money.

Workers completely screwed up our order. I ordered something with a plain bagel, they gave us a everything bagel. Also forgot to include a doughnut we paid for. Everyone there seemed really confused and for “fast” food it was not very fast.

The girl working the drive through at noon had a horrible attitude and was very rude and caused me to drive off. This is a common occurrence at this location. I feel like there is never a manager on site and if there is they are not doing their job.

The best part about this location for me is the manager Kelly. My girlfriend at the time went in for heart surgery and was in the hospital for 25 days of which I stayed there for 21 days. I visited that store for 21 days in a row and was given great customer service from Kelly. Now that being said since that time which was 2 years I have experienced refrozen ice cream, closed to early, told there was no ice cream and the worst one is EVRYTIME I call they don't answer the phone because as I was told to many prank/telemarketers calls so they don't bother to answer the phone. As for the refrozen ice cream I was told by the employee at the time the they told the owner about the melted ice cream and they were ordered to sell it anyway. Do I still go to this location you may ask YES because I believe in giving people a second chance... I am a B.R.B. (Baskin Robbins Baby)...

$4.50 for 2 scoops of ice cream. Each scoop was about the size of a golf ball, maybe three or four bites each. We've never seen ice scream scoops this small from a shop before. The medium size cup/bowl was barely half full. And one flavor was not what we ordered. Hands down the worst ice cream shop experience ever.

Came here 3 days in a row for ice cream and I was told it wasn't ready to come back at noon. I came back at noon both days and they told me they can't serve me ice cream because they haven't taken the lids off yet. Also tried to order an iced tea freeze and they told me they can't do it. Absolutely horrible customer service. Won't be back here and neither will any of my co-workers. Save yourself the frustration and don't bother coming here.

We stopped in to buy cones but the server did a good job and upsold us on buying 2 quarts of ice cream instead!!Then we decided to pick up donuts fir breakfast.Always have found the staff here to be quite friendly and efficient.

Tables were dirty, my ice cream has ice crystals in it and I went to go use the restroom and they had both of the restrooms closed down. I asked why I needed. Give an answer and why was sitting here eating my ice cream I saw the one guy go in and out of the men's room. So I'm not sure why they had a close.
