Worst place to eat. I assisted in an outing with nursing home residents. We arrived shortly after opening & the food appeared & taste like left overs. We were seated, drinks were brought out & after that had to look & find someone to clear prior plates & get drink refills. The bathrooms smelled & were disgustingly dirty.
I only hope myself & residents do not become ill from the little we ate. And left hungry.
The Department and Health needs to make a visit.
This place needs $ fines and be shut down.

Chinese buffets are usually not great, but can be quick and satisfying. I hate to write this review, Big Apple used to be one of the better ones, but as other reviewers have noted, the quality continues to decline. Most items are old and dried out, sushi is pretty much inedible. I don't think ownership has changed, I think they've just let things slide. It's a damned shame.

This places got so bad throughout the years. I went there today and it is so bad and dirty. The men’s bathroom was disgusting. The food went downhill. I can only imagine what the kitchen look like.

IF you decide to brave this buffet…
Make sure to come before the last hour! It felt as though they were shutting down “early” and trying to rush us out the door.
The selection was slim (at best) and the items that were left were probably leftover from dinner rush. There was a film on each of the soups and what little sushi that was available was mini & basic. NO tray was FULL or refilled from 8-9p. I understand minimizing food waste but seriously! There were even people that came in after us…
Finally, don’t even get me started on the bathrooms… best advice? Hold it and use the Winn Dixie washrooms if you need a loo.

This is the worst buffet I’ve ever been to, there’s an apple buffet in Jacksonville that my mom and I loved so we thought it would be the same company. IT IS NOT! Please do not go here.

I go back once a year in the hopes that the food and selection have improved…hasn’t happened but, in fact, it seems worse. Not many dishes resemble anything Asian…many of them I don’t recognize at all. “Sushi” is a misnomer…I’m gonna try Gas Station sushi before I consume options available here. Made the mistake of going at 4:30…stuff from lunch was still on the buffet. I hope I don’t get sick from luke warm food that’s been handled improperly. The men’s room was beyond disgusting. I’ll not be back. Sorry.

Nice staff. Drink refilled & quickly But the food is really bad. Went for lunch at 230pm on a Fri.
Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, worn out & smell horrible.
All food is very water down. Sushi was gross. Even the garlic bread was hard as a rock.

Asian buffet that doesn't break the bank. Great service, and good selection for the price range. Thank you!
Vegetarian options: Salad bar, and some limited cooked veggie side options. Did not see any main course items that did not contain meat, however.

Nice variety. Everything was warm and the staff keeps the buffet full at all times. It is little pricey on Sunday afternoons ($17 per person), but for a Chinese buffet, this one is a good choice.
