This was the most disgusting establishment. Not only did we wait over an hour and a half for our food, but by the time we received it, it was cold and inedible.
Our glasses of water were dusty and dirty, as if they have not been cleaned.
Safe yourself the food poisoning & go to McDonalds.

My bestie and I having been going out to breakfast or lunch here and there for as long as we've known eachother, about 9 years. We go to different places, but When we go to Bob Evans we go to the one on 66th and Tyrone, and always seem to get Mary, we had a few others over the years, but none quite as friendly. She's really sweet and does a great job. She seems or comes off as a bit quick and distracted, but that's only because she's so focused on doing her job right. The food is good and the atmosphere is nice, booths are quiet. Enjoy!

Visited this location last week and again today (11/11/25) solely because of the accuracy of my order and service received from Ashley and the taste presentation that Kevin (cook) delivered.
Ashley was warm, energetic and just a downright joy to engage with on my day off. She made sure to ask about which condiments, sauces weee desired and provided cutlery as well.
This location is out of the way for me, so to come here says that the overall service is exceptional! I really hope both she and Kevin are acknowledged for their hard work and commitment to customers. It doesn’t go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated!

Food is always fresh and delicious. Good comfort food, breakfast and dinner. I absolutely love the pot roast, fish, mashed potatoes and green beans. To name a few. And the staff is always welcoming, great customer service.

Very clean, no wait, great selection of food. Server was attentive and quick to refill the coffee, which was a bonus! Food all came out the same time, was hot, and delicious.
Our food was very bland. My fiance said it was the driest, worst cheeseburger she's ever had anywhere. My coffee was filled with coffee grounds. Had to ask the waitress 4 times for ranch. She was busy, but come on. The home fries tasted strange. Last part. It was FREEZING in the dining area. The waitress said she turned it up for the patrons, bc it was on freezing for the staff who were hot from running around. We will NEVER go to this dirty establishment again.
