DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.Just pulled to get some Boston Market for the night (it’s 5:30p and says open per google maps) but their is a paper sign on the door stating “Sorry we’re closed for the evening, have a good night.”Really upsetting and unprofessional. After looking at previous reviews, it looks like this happened before. Don’t waste your time coming to this location.

I was here at 8 PM to try to get food only to pull up and see a sign on the window. 2 hours before they're supposed to be closed. Saying sorry, closed for the evening have a wonderful day. What kind of business are you to close 2 hours early? I just don't understand the thinking. Process of management and business owner is anymore. If your hours are posted that you are open from certain times you should abide by those hours and be Open. I then called another location and nobody would answer the phone I have to tell you tonight. All the places that I have visited tonight and the lack of customer service or the lack of service itself I should say, has completely blown my mind with the way businesses are being ran. Being a manager of a business myself, I just can't seem to understand the thought process of closing early and Losing customers and money!!

The owners need to be shut down, they literally are not paying their employees. My minor worker there and one check would not clear and she was never sent a last check. The owners won’t contact back and her old manager said she’s owed money to and quit . How horrible to work people and minors and not pay them. I’m already contacting someone to go after them.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Placed an online order at 9pm for pick up at 9:20. Drove from Tampa to pick up my order get there at 9:15 and the place is closed! Even though the door clearly says they are open untill 10 and so does everywhere online. RIDICULOUS!!! Completely unacceptable, AND they said they can't refund me because they are closed.

They had a handwritten sign on the door saying “Didn’t get paid … closed”. Whoever is responsible for this place. Shame on you. You can’t NOT pay your employees. I would’ve closed up & left as well if my employer didn’t pay me. The Arby’s right next door is great. Just go there.

So I just found out that they changed their mac n cheese... and it's horrible. I didn't realize till I got home and opened it cause I went thru the drive thru. The cornbread had a fishy taste and the corn was like it was out for days. Anyway all I was able to finish was the chicken. At least they got that part right. But I won't be back. At least not till they bring back the old mac n cheese maybe Ill try again.Some renovations would be nice too cause every Boston Market I see around is old, musty and run down. The food quality is going down right along with their buildings.

This Boston Market used to be a great go to for a homestyle meal. I haven’t been in about 6 months but went tonight and I was extremely disappointed. Staff could care less you’re there, out of majority of food options, including sides. It truly looks like they’re about to close. Food items that show available online are “discontinued” at the store. 0/10 do not recommend. Sides are of much lower quality now than ever before. It’s really a shame because Boston Market has been around for some time and had a good reputation. This store is dying a slow and painful death. I echo the lack of cornbread with the order.

Ordered the meatloaf meal with sweet potatoes and mac like normal, only to come home to items I've never seen or tasted before. Looks like they changed the entire meatloaf mac and sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes aren't even the same color. Also did not receive cornbread.

Wanted to love it however they were out of their chicken pot pie and out of their turkey carver leaving me to try the meatloaf. It wasn't bad but def not my favorite. And a word of advice if you decide to try the meatloaf; get the tangy sauce on the side in case, like me, you aren't feeling it you can remove it easily. I thought it was pretty terrible until I realized it was just a layer that can be scraped off and then it was a pretty good meatloaf and the portions are a healthy size granted I did get the large platter but it's only like $1 more for bigger portions...

Food was room temperature at best. I am currently pregnant and am not comfortable eating the food based off of temperature alone. They did nott give me one of the sides I ordered, the cornbread for my meal, or gravy for my mashed potatoes. I went back for the cornbread and gravy (hello, pregnant ?) and the cornbread was cool and tasted defrosted. Underwhelming and unsafe.Aside from the above issues, the staff was polite.
How can you run a restaurant when you don’t carry half the menu?? Went there today and they have no sweet potatoes, creamed spinach, Mac and cheese, corn, or ham. We are passed Covid delivery issues. Get your act together!

Worst experience at any Boston market ever. I would steer clear of here. Doors closed drive thru only. Took crazy long for some Turkey poorly cooked and cut with no gravy, ham looking worse than I ever seen ham look (grey and weird) and can’t even roast the potatoes

Get the meatloaf! It's some of the best meatloaf I've ever had and I've had alot of them. I haven't been in a while but I was just thinking about Boston Market and how I used to eat the meatloaf all the time with green beans and Mac n cheese. So good and back then was only about 7 bucks for the dinner with 2 sides and bread. Probably more like 10 now but we'll worth it.

Completely disappointed. No sweet potato, stuffing, squash, cornbread. It's not Boston Market. Substituted hard dinner rolls for cornbread. Waste of money. Never again!
