Doesn't pay attention to what goes in order. Missed items in order and then won't do a refund . Don't contact corporate it's same bs. This is a trash company and place. It's really sad to see they don't care about their employees customers or food. They will also lie and say they can't give you a refund which is Bs

I arrived at this location today at approximately 10:15 PM and the doors were locked. But to my surprise there were two people sitting in the dining area. It also stated Ma that this location does not close until 12AM. There have been several restaurants and fast food places in this area that have been doing shady things like this. It’s like they are picking and choosing who they want to dine in at certain times. This needs to be sent to corporate so they can address this issue. If you say you’re open then be open to the public. There are also no times or store hours posted on any of the doors at this location. This is horrible business and customer service and it needs to be addressed asap. Have a wonderful week.

For a fast food restaurant this place is pretty slow. The staff is okay… about as nice as a fast food employee can be. The food is always pretty good but sometimes I feel like it would be a better experience to just order from a screen. Sadly this is the only BK Lounge in the immediate area!
Rude, indifferent service...15 minute wait only to be told order not ready and to pull aside. Worst Burger King in the nation.
