The staff on Sundays is very unprofessional and just plain lazy!! They took my money and wouldn't make my order,manager said they were closing, when the store hours are 5am to 1am,Burger King needs to do better!!

Drive thru speaker has been broken for months, Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes while employee hit on women in line at the window. After being held hostage because there is no way to get out of line, finally it was my turn and I drove off.....no way they are getting my business!

This was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I very rarely visit Burger King sometimes I want that impossible burger because I'm vegetarian and love that they have that option. I used the drive thru. There were 2 cars in front of me. I waited about 10-15 minutes before getting to the ordering. There I waited another 8-10 min for the order to be taken. And from there another 15 min to move forward. No apology or acknowledgement at the window. Too be honest I waited so long as it was a break from my kid lol.The food was cold. I drive away because I've been there way too long. Snacking on some fries and I pull out a Chicken fry in my fries!!! I'm vegetarian. Immediately grossed out. Tossed the food. Do not visit this location until management gets this place under control.
So it is typical of me to go to Burger King and order a delicious whopper cut in half. This particular location said that they do not cut the whopper in half. But politely gave me a knife so I could do it myself.

I ordered an Impossible Whopper and French fries using DoorDash at 9:28pm. My food arrived at 10:45pm. I literally live 500 feet from the restaurant. My sandwich was soggy, but the fries were hot. No ketchup was provided.Not acceptable to have to wait an hour and 15 mins for a meal that's close by. I won't be doing that again.

Hours say they’re open until 1am. Showed up at 12:10am and no one is working. Cars are out front, but no one answering the drive through or visible inside. Update your Google hours if you’re not open or don’t have staff that want to work the hours you’re supposed to be open.
