The manager named Octava or Tava has a nasty attitude. She is rude and disrespectful to customers and obviously unable to do her job. Hopefully you don't go there when she is working, we waited forever and never did get served as she bitched us out when, after waiting for several minutes, we asked if we could order out food. Had to go across the street to McDonalds.

I visited around 9pm on a Wednesday night. My experience at the drive thru was excellent. The woman, Nelly, took my order and was attentive. Once at the window, Nelly greeted me and was great. I asked her if the restrooms were available inside and she informed me indoor was closed. Then she noticed my elderly mother in the car and Nelly asked who needed the restroom. Once she understood it was for my 89 year old mom, she asked the manager, Izzy, if it would be ok to let us come inside. This was so refreshing for her to notice and help us with our situation. Nelly and Izzy did not have to do this but they understood our situation and they had us come in for the restroom and gave us our food inside to take to our car.
Thank you Nelly and Izzy for going the above and beyond to help us with our needs. This is refreshing in today's service industry. Keep up the great work!

The girl working the drive through was very rude. She kept interrupting while I was trying to order and didnt get my order right. Adrianna is not an asset but a liability to the company. If she spent her time listening to the customer instead of talking over them then she would be a lot better at this job. It’s important to know that it’s not just food it’s customer service as well. And she failed on both aspects. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this location because of her.

Prior Resident

We visited the location off of 34th street at 7 am on a Tuesday and The drive thru was closed due to some work being done. To our surprise the woman taking our order was so friendly. It was very refreshing to be in the presence of such a nice employee who loves her job and does it very well! Thank you for making our morning better. You both were so great!

This has got to be the most unprofessional Burger King I’ve ever been to. No one was at the counter. There was a guy yelling out the back door get her like there was a wild police chase outside. He then looked at me and disappeared for a few minutes and then came back around the corner looked at me and went into another room. Then after that someone yelled from the back and he finally came to the counter and got my Door Dadh order ready.

Sat at order kiosk for 10 minutes. Person kept saying they would be with me in a minute. When several minutes past I asked if anyone was working only to be yelled at that obviously she was busy. FYI, there was only 1 car ahead of me and no customers inside. So I went across the street to McDonald's and was quickly taken care of. BK get your act together!
