It took half an hour for them to serve three cars in drive thru. I have been here many times for the past year, and never have we received a fast order. This order alone, seven cars stopped ordering and left the line. It has been thirty minutes now and we are still in line. Whoever owns this store need to hire better workers.

So I am a DoorDash. I was there picking up a customer's order. That was never delivered by the first person that picked it up. So I had to pay for the order because the manager was so rude and unprofessional. Wearing hotel clothes in a burger king instead of warming b Burger King uniform. How can you you wear this kind of uniform and a Burger King a served food? It was not only the manager but also a couple of more employees that is unprofessional on Coats. These people need more training in customer service. The manager of a road leader. Very unprofessional and rude towards DoorDash and customers. She didn't want to remake the order. I had to pay it out-of-pocket. And I asked Hey, I'm gonna. I'm gonna ride with review towards you. She says I don't. She didn't care people. Ya gotta see Burger King in the South side. There's very poor professional people there. They don't they don't care about you

I can only review the wait time as I never received food. I sat in the drive thru for a total of 7 minutes and did not get a chance to place my order before driving off. I stopped visiting this location some time ago for this reason, but thought I would give it another try as I wanted to take a burger to my mom who is in a nearby nursing home. This is ABSOLUTELY my last visit.

Clara”what my receipt said” was just rude. I went through drive thru and waited, no one greeted me. I even googled while waiting what time they closed because it was almost 10. I then spoke and no one replied so I pulled up to the window where a car was waiting. By the time I roll up she looks annoyed and I explained oh I wasn’t sure if y’all were closed which is why I pulled up. She said we told you we would be with you in a minute. I said I didn’t hear them and asked her if she needed a min, she said what’s your order. Just rude for no reason. From there reviews this isn’t uncommon

I'm standing in line having just ordered.. The person in the drive thru asks for extra pickles. The woman making the good goes on to say "they get the amount that comes on the sandwich, " and spend the whole time I'm eating my lunch LOUDLY mocking customers in drive thru and just repeatedly showing extreme disdain for the ppl ordering.Good to know my $16 overpriced fast food meal gets me so much good will from these ppl.
