The health department needs to visit this branch I pulled up around 830 only to have a cashier quit my order was not correct my burger was cold an excuse for a rotten piece of tomato it’s pathetic Chelan Burger King
I ordered inside Sat. around 5:30 p. m. I was the only customer. There was a manager and 4 or more other employees. They can't blame it on a help shortage. One of the items ordered was a Bacon, Garlic King. Got home and there were no garlic chips. That is a vastly overpriced product and then find out you didn't get the item you most wanted. Next time I'll drive a little farther to a different location.
This BK was terrible three months ago and I said I would never go back but fortunately I did and I'm glad I did! What a drastic (good) change in three months! They must have cleaned house as all of the old employees that were so loud and unprofessional are gone. The place is spotless now. I now go 2 or 3 times a week and would highly recommend.
