Tyniqua went above and beyond told her I didn't need the onion on my Rodeo burger cause my bus was gonna pass by but she made it happen and delivered it to me personally cause her colleague was busy Tyniqua is 1 of 1 give that woman a raise yesterday cause she deserves it!!

Well we just pulled off after waiting over 10 minutes for the line to move. Took 4 minutes to take the order. Came on here to see the reviews and now im glad we drove off.

I genuinely believe the folks that work at this location do their best. I really do. But for whatever reason this location has been absolutely horrible since the pandemic. They are always understaffed, especially during breakfast hours. More often than not I have been asked to pull forward or not pull up to the pick up window so their countdown timer for window service does not accurately report how long I have waited for my food. Orders are frequently wrong. My most recent experience was with a delightful woman (seriously) who threw in an order of cini-minis for free when I asked to add them on to my online order, which was great...until I realized that the food I had actually ordered was practically refrigerator cold. What's worse is that corporate only offered me a $5 coupon for an order I was not comfortable eating because I had no idea how long it had been sitting out to get THAT cold.
I don't know how this place stays open, but if it's a franchised location corporate should do everyone a favor, buy them out, and shut it down. It's clearly not doing enough business to justify properly staffing the place, and it's doing a lot of damage to the brand as it stands.

Definitely the worst Burger King I've ever been too. Food is okay when you get it 30 minutes later but service is absolutely terrible.
Its fine if youre trying to do something quick and be utterly baffled by a 20 minute wait for 5 items while 5 cars after you get their food and go.

No wonder why they have low ratings, it says they close at midnight and it's 11:05 pm and they are already closed. It's amazing how the owner invests thousands of dollars and then don't care what the people running the restaurant do!

Customer Service A1 I really don't go over there early but the evening shift be on point. Everything be clean the manager be having his people on it and they definitely be on it.(And what I mean by on it whatever their job is they make sure it's done making the manager look good) I give Um a 10 No Splash. So if you have any area stop by and the food will be Fresh and Hot.

I just went through the drive through, no other cars in line, no cars in the parking lot. Had to wait over five minutes to place my order. When she did take my order, I was told to pull up and park at the pole near the window. I had to wait at least another three to five minutes.
