Usually pretty good with getting the order correct, apparently not late at night though. Coke instead of Dr pepper, fries instead of onion rings....update:super slow and don't listen in the mornings either. Update 2 years later: even worse

The ladies in here today are Great! Iwas here at 12:05pm on 2/26. They were very busy, however they work very hard & get the food out correct! My only issue was the food... the whopper Jr was burnt & not fresh, the fries were hot but very crunchy & the chicken wrap was not fresh!

Stopped here at 12:30pm prime time lunch hrs and not a single person inside or in line. Pulled up to drive thru and was asked to wait and look at menu. This lasted 10 minutes while the speaker was still on while I could here change being counted in a drawer. I just drove off after waiting with no end in sight.....no wonder they are dead during lunch hour

Nasty employee empties trash goes back and start handling food did not wash his hands no gloves every employee except one had no gloves on handling food another employee picks up a baby goes behind the counter & gives free food to the mother never go there

If you want to wait, and I'm not even lying, 15 to 20 minutes in THE DRIVE THROUGH then come here. Other than that, it's garbage. They are FULLY staffed yet can't seem to do a basic job. I'll never come back here. I've given it like 5 times and every time is the same. Slow lazy employees that don't understand the concept of FAST FOOD.

After waiting 25 min in the drive thru and paying $25 for what turned out to be cold food and the completely wrong order, the manager tells me there is nothing she can do about it unless I want to drive back and get it replaced. I guess BK doesn't empower their managers to do the right thing. She could have sent a gift card or something. I love BK, but this one sucks! I will go to the one on Central next time. At BK have it your way unless you go to this branch!

Had the worst experience ever the employee that took my order messed up my order and another employee at the window was not customer friendly whatsoever she said I was rude because I asked for them to correct my order and provide me two more sauces when I ordered two large onion rings She stated she thought I was being rude when I said can I have more sauce please to the gentleman who took my order and that she would make me pay for the extra sauces (which I would have been more than happy to do if that was needed.) Needless to say I won’t be back ever again !!!

It took 30 minutes to get our food after odering at the drive through. We ordered a fish sandwiche a chicken sandwich and onion rings. When we got to the window. I asked the girl if they had to catch the chickens because it took so long. She said they had to cook my onion rings. My fish sandwich looked like it was sitting for hours and the chicken sandwich was barely warm. Lettuce was wilted. However the girl at the window was very pleasant. Do not eat here.
