I’m going to say this I wanted to try this place for the first time I just got home and I saw this understand this is a Tuesday special but what the hell is this theirs barely any fries I’m and adult not a child the fries for both my orders weren’t even salted customer service was great but food quality was terrible will not be returning

Glen and his team definitely care about their customers and the experience they have and it show with his willingness and theirs to correct even the littlest of mistakes (prolly my end)and make the oder enjoyable!!

Ordered the burger for my wife and ask to have it cooked on the rare side, came out overcooked. I ordered the steak and cheese. It also was overcooked and had a bitter flavor to it. Both the cheesesteak and the burger were full of chewy gristle. I had ordered the fried chicken sandwich 2 days earlier and it was burnt, dry and chewy. Everything I ordered seems to be overcooked.

I love this place and make it a part of every vacation to the area. Today was no different! I ordered a Skirted Cheeseburger.(A FULL CUP OF CHEDDAR-JACK CASCADING INTO A TOASTED CHEESE SKIRT SURROUNDING OUR 1/3 POUND PATTY. ADD YOUR FAVORITE TOPPINGS.) It is cooked to perfection, and you just can't beat this burger! We also added some French fries to our order and they are pretty good also.

I just ate dinner here for the first time ever and I loved it!! I am a Culver's burger lover but after coming here I will not be returning to Culver's. Hands down the best burger and atmosphere, can’t wait for the next time I go.

Updated and downgraded review: I used to think their fries were amazing, not so much any more. Turns out it must have been a fluke. I feel like if you unable to cook fries correctly at a burger restaurant, you shouldn't be in business. Their fries for the last couple times have been SEVERELY undercooked. I mean these fries were pasty-white and soggy with a cooking oil taste and starchy texture. I expect fries to be golden to light brown with a good crunch. These were NOT it. I will not be returning as there are way better burger and fry joints out there.

Burger Monger struck out for us today. Very disappointed with our experience. Had to wait 5 minutes before ordering because the staff was figuring out what was wrong with the previous order. I decided that the Blazn bacon blue looked amazing, dripping with cheese.
However, when we got it the cheese was barely covering the burger patty. There are also no "meal options" I get this isn't fast-food persay. This is where the value really gets out of control with a "sharable" fry. Basically bland French fries not seasoned. Mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way either. It's a good thing we had our "one size only" drink to wash it down.
For 2 people, we spent roughly $50. Taco bell ? was before this turn, maybe we should of just went there sadly. At least take our money and fix your dining room tables.
