carrie Hi

Totally smells like an old school European bakery when you walk in. Staff were very friendly. I was a bit surprised at the prices, but the crescents were amazing! I don’t mind being spendy on quality:)

I have been to Austria and this is just like the cakes I had there. Mildly sweet whipped cream cakes. No nasty overly sweet frosting. The baker is originally from Austria and she stayed true to her heritage. Bravo to you for not changing your recipes. Honestly the best dessert I have had in America. Very friendly and kind staff.

Seems to be a little hectic, but that's to be expected when you're buying something yummy you can't get anywhere else.

Hey maybe if you're open until 2pm you should make enough food to last until 2pm? Pretty disappointing to pull up at 12pm and be told you're out of everything. Thanks for wasting my time.

I honestly don’t know what happened to this place? I used to come very often and I’m local but recently the last 5-6 times I’ve been this once staple is starting to falling apart.

I came in and started ordering a bunch of stuff to the point the woman stopped and asked me you know these are 5-6 dollars each …

1st off I know I can read and it came across very very rude almost like it looked like I couldn’t afford it? Just not right at all, this was going to be my last time here I’ve come to this place 10 + years..

The worst part is I was with a family member showing them this place and they were stunned they would act and say such things…..

Also the hours are very inaccurate at times random vacation without any notice.

The quality has also fallen off a ton……

It just seems that this place is nearing its end and it’s sad to say that because this used to be such a good place

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OLD INGREDIENTS:
I bought a poppyseed streudel with great expectation to enjoy this wonderful dessert. It’s quite pricey at almost $16 for the loaf. Only to bring it home (I live an hour away from the bakery) and to find that something was “off” with the taste of the cake. I suspect it was old poppy seeds as the cake tasted like rancid oil. I called the bakery and left a message, with no response back. I waited till the next day they were opened and called back. I spoke to Sean who told me, there’s nothing wrong with the cake, I can’t help you.” I guess that doing what’s right for the customer is not in their practice. I was so disappointed. 😔 If you still choose to shop here…taste your products before you leave the store.

Not much variety. Could have a great potential.
