The breads just smell amazing when you walk in; the pretzels look American but TAST German; the desserts are great. Just went for the first time Saturday and bought Kasenkuchen und Bienenstich for my Aunt and Uncle on Marco Island, yes, quite a ride for coffee and cake! But they loved it. Said it was best they had since moving to Florida 20 years ago. This will be my go to bakery for rolls and breads.

Didnt put much into decor, its a small little rinky dink building but truly a jewel. So much love and care goes into their pastries, they have this flaky, buttery tasting almond bar that I get all the time. I literally eat it with my eyes closed and just savor it. Would definitely recommend!Parking: Small parking lot but not usually alot of people in at one time so it works.
After ten years living close by, the stars aligned! Mom was craving cake and I was the driver so driver tax, I get a treat, too! We gad caught sight of the bakery and that made our choice. So glad it did!Mom got the Bienenstich and I a danish and a jar of raw honey.I’m not kidding when I say that that danish was the best pastry I have ever had! My sleepy head woke right up! I had a smile on my face and was in complete AWE. I want to spread the deliciousness with everyone I know! Also most came back for more. I should have. We may make this our morning routine now!
This German, Austrian and Swiss bakery is one of my favorite locally. Not only is it very authentic, but it is old-school. Their bread and croissants are delicious, their pastries are a delight. I love going there just to speak a little German, explore all the other central European goodies, they have and to pack up and stock up on many other items, such as jam, sausages and pasta. Go check it out, they even have a drive-through.

This has been on my list and I’m happy to say that it is wonderful! We went late in the day but still had an excellent selection of pastries and cakes. They were so good! I can’t wait to go back for more, looking forward to trying Theo bread.

1st and foremost,,,,You did not smell the baking in the bakery!!!!Person assisting us acted like she didn't care if we were there or not. Spent 70 bucks on cold day old product. Saturday morning at opening time and really no fresh product was being displayed.Disappointed!

Fresh baked selection was much less than previous. A lot of prepared and noodles taking up space where there used to he pastries. Lady behind counter could not tell Me how old one cake was. Then argued with me about the selections. My $12.99 strudel had so little filling...isn't that what we are paying for? I used to love this place, but today's service makes me question it.

We’ve been driving by this place for years and finally stopped in… the pastries are incredible! And there’s a ton of neat imported meats and dry goods. We will definitely go back. There’s even a drive thru if you’re on the go!
