Great atmosphere and everyone who works there is so kind! Love all the flavors they offer and the punch card system!

The girls working behind the counter offer some of the best conversation and charisma i’ve seen in the service industry, and it’s a clear indication why people come back and love this place so much. The menu has evolved since their new ownership and has become a staple to the culture surrounding the USF campus it’s connected to. Whether you’re looking to study, grab a bite to eat, or maybe you need a place to host your next small event, this is a great place to check out.

The sandwich I got was pretty good! I just thought the girl working today was slightly rude. I work in the service industry as well so I know how things are, but it was the way she said things that made me slightly uncomfortable.

Food is ridiculously good! Bacon egg and cheese croissant should have a statue built in the front! It's from another world! The service is great- Lindsey is sweet and helpful- she definitely enhanced the experience! I wish I had more stars to give!

This is a great local, family-owned coffee house with great food and great coffee. It's a comfy place to hang on campus!

New to town and had to try The Campus Grind! The Cafe con leches are absolutely delicious and complimented our everything bagel with house whipped chive cream cheese & egg & veggie croissant! Definitely our new coffee joint! Can't wait to try their lunch items! Great staff, too!

Food is good for the price point, and good place to study if not for the heat indoors.

Pleasant coffee/breakfast/lunch spot on the USF campus. I live nearby, but only visit occasionally since I'm usually headed downtown. If you're looking for a quiet spot to have coffee outside or inside, this is one of the best places south of downtown near the water. The atmosphere is less institutional than Kahwa in the student center, and less corporate than Starbucks in the Hilton. The outside seating is relaxing, unlike the coffee shop at the USF bookstore, which has only a few uncomfortable metal tables with attached chairs along busy 5th Ave S.How is the coffee? I can only comment on the regular latte, which is very good. They also offer the obligatory sugary drinks masquerading as coffee that many Americans prefer.Speaking of sugar, one quibble: The multigrain bread is sweet (as is often the case). I'd recommend choosing something else if you enjoy a savory sandwich such as the bacon, egg, spinach and tomato (BEST).Occasionally there can be issues with smoke outside. For dinner check out The Tavern next door. It has live music, and the grouper is great.

I had my first experience at Campus Grind today and it did not disappoint. I ordered a muffin and the caramel apple latte. Both were delicious, served quickly, and priced reasonably. The outdoor seating is just the right amount of sunshine to study and enjoy a beverage. Such a delight, I can’t wait to return and try all the lattes on the menu!
