this cafe is a few blocks from my employer so i have come a handful of times . i’ve had dine-in,take out, and delivery. the food has always been delicious and piping hot., i couldn’t even wait for a picture. 😂

I ordered takeout from Caribbean Cafe and had the Cuban salad. The portion was generous, and the flavors were fresh and authentic. The mix of ingredients worked really well together-definitely a solid choice if you're looking for something light but satisfying. Quick service and well-packaged for takeout. I'll be back to try more.

Best Cubana sandwich in the area! The bread was fresh and crispy, just as it should be. The fillings were just right - couldn’t say anything more… it was perfect! I would have given 5 stars but for one thing. As we walked in we had a perfect view of under their refrigerator and I have to say, that was disgusting. All it takes to clean than is a few broom sweeps and a wet mop. The manager should walk in through the front door and will see what their clients see. These little things are so important! As I was eating my delicious sandwich, I was wondering what the table looked like where my food was prepped.

Unfortunately I was so excited to try the sandwich after picking up a delivery order- but one of the cooks rushed me out to deliver the order to customer without allowing me to place a small order- when I finally finished delivering the order- I called to place my order- the line was busy- so I traveled 20 min away to come and patronize and support the business- when I got there is was 2:28- someone came to the door and said they are closing at 2:30 to make a catering order-but I still decide to order b/c I did the absolute most to get over there- when I tried to order- every single thing I tried to get the lady “Tiffany” said they didn’t have even though they had it ove only 35 min ago- I couldn’t get anything I wanted- so I settled for something else- but the entire energy of Tiffany while I was trying to purchase something was so rude and off putting, I work in customer service and I know how to appease the customer so they can come back- she clearly didn’t want to take my order- she wasn’t willing to accommodate even a small discount for being inconvenienced- there was nothing out on the site that stated they were going to be closed- and because I am beautiful black Goddess Woman, I can never be a Karen- so I hope I am not coming across as that- my intention is just to showcase perspective- and that there is always a different way to do things so all parties involved can be pleased.
Her energy was so off and not accommodating at all.
I hope you guys have a talk with your team going forward.
