Placed a take out order and the order is wrong. Also ordered chips and queso and there are NO chips. Very frustrating. Not to mention the chicken in the burrito is dry and flavorless

As I See It: A guide for the blind, low vision community and their care givers. I amm a flavor craver, and when I want Mexican food, I will go to Carmelita’s. It is honest, well served, soul-satisfying food with no pretenses, which is as it should always be. There is Arad lighting and very comfortable seating. In late afternoon early evening it is quiet enough to be able to have a conversation with your dining partner. It’s a win-win for everyone and it will become a regular for us. The enchiladas and their sauce over shredded beef Are deeply satisfying to someone craving this staple and I love the smoky flavor of the beans. I’m delighted we have found a new favorite place to dine that I will go to seven days a week over almost any other restaurant. I generally don’t like restaurants so when I make an exception, you can believe there’s good reason for It. Winner winner, super dinner!

Have been eating at Carmelita's for years. The food is always top notch, no matter what you order. Nice, stiff margaritas that if you order by the pitcher and can't finish you get to take the rest home. Nice. Best Mexican restaurant in Pinellas.

Very good mexican meal at Carmelita 's on Park Street. Chicken enchiladas, refried beans, salad, corn, and mexican pizza were all delicious! Had an excellent margherita also. Service was fast and wait staff were great!

Parking: If you get there when they aren't busy you will have no problem parking, but there are other spots in the Plaza also.
