Calamari was tough, veal was tough, pasta was luke warm, spinach was sour but the mussels were good. Service was just OK but she tried. Worst Carrabba's experience in 25 years.

The food was good- not as hot as normal. Service was horribly inconsistent. At the end we found out the server was on her 2nd day of serving. So the service rating isn’t a reflection of the server more of the server scheduler. Who would schedule a rookie server at dinner hour Saturday night of a long weekend? And as the host who took us to the table said “we need more booths like the one in Clearwater (? I think he said Clearwater) I agree. The seating area needs space between half booths and less tables more booths.

This particular Carrabba's has really changed through the years. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's not. They no longer have minestrone which causes us to drive miles to another Carrabba's to get soup. I don't understand that. We ordered the new primavera pesto pasta dish with chicken. My chicken was so dry and overcooked I couldn't eat it. And there were no artichoke hearts in the dish which is one of the reasons I ordered it. Our server was good.

If I had to guess this place is on the undisclosed list of locations that is closing. I would not rush in to dine one last time as quality has already declined. Only had 3 sections open at 7:45 food and service was subpar. Not worth $100 pre tip for 2. Also I think they recently lacquered the toilets and definitely should have left they to dry longer sticky toilets is disgusting.

The herbs with oil that comes with the bread is to DIE FOR, so delicious! The only complaint I have is that it does take a long while for the food to come every time we go; but the servers are wonderful!
