Disgusting ! And small portion for the price ! Will never order there again! I’d rather starve !! So disappointing!!! I ever take the time to leave a review but this messs deserves to be told! I feel sick already only has 2 bites!! It can go directly in the trash ! What a waist of my hard earned money !! I woekn3 jobs so thought I’d treat myself !!! Never again worn this place !!! Ray was such a great employee he Was quick to make sure I had an order in before they closed ! He was so respectful and went out of his way to providing outstanding service to not only me but other customers that were already there. Definitely had a great first time experience and will be returning soon !

GREAT cheesesteak, GREAT customer service! I was told to try the lemonade (which is a must have btw) however I declined. One of the very friendly staff members then offered me a little taste via a water cup, and I gotta say, that interaction was just so friendly and left a great impression! Absolutely will be coming back!Also, I had the choice between Chick-fil-A and Charley’s, and I was not disappointed!

I'm here in line and no person is cooking. The people in front of me have waited 45 min. Whats going on here??? We al decided to get refunds and go to Chick-fil-A. When I asked for a refund the girl said that she's in training. But the guy at the register is the one who supposed to be training her how to cook. I'm not sure how they're gonna manage the rush-hour for lunch..

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Waited more than 10 minutes just to order food with no one in front of me. The two staff members working had no urgency and no customer service skills. I finally order and they’re out of ketchup, a basic thing all food places should carry. I wait 15 more minutes for my food, I walk up to the counter to ask if my food is almost ready, the girl working there tells me she already called my number and someone took the food. I had been sitting 10 feet away waiting so I know for a fact she never called my number for my food. I showed her my receipt and told her I still haven’t gotten my food yet, she slowly goes to tell her coworker to tell him someone took my food. Instead of offering to make my food again they have a continuous conversation about how someone else took my food. At that point I’m tired of waiting and I just ask for a refund. No sorry no nothing. I would never come back here. I waited 30 minutes in total for food I never received. The worst experience.

I never get the mall employee discount even when I wear my uniform AND nametag. The girl doesnt care to project her voiceThe staff seems like they are high as a kite. All just to wait 20+ mins to get my sandwich, everytime. M

Like Charley's, but this location is the filthiest I've ever seen. Front counter doesn't look like is been cleaned in a week. The grill. Same. Filthy. The toaster doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months or longer. The napkin holder, I didn't even want to touch. 2pm and 3 people standing around. Should have been cleaned by this time even if there was a lunch rush, which I doubt.No iced tea and no turkey. Would be a 1 star review but the kid at the counter was polite, made the order and seemed to be the only one working while the other 2 were in the back.

Usually, we love Charlie's... But our experience with our delivery order Thurs 7/28 and the follow up with the store left a lot to be desired. We did not receive our whole order, the driver said call the store, then it took almost 30 minutes to get an answer. The young lady asked us to come pick up the rest of our order, then offered to have the manager call us the next day. It's now Sunday, and have not had that return call. Overall, experience was quite disappointing, unlikely to return.

I love that place but everything it’s so slow. I work in the mall and if I ever want to get something from Charlie’s it has to be when I’m off because they do be taking like 30 just for one simple order.. honestly that’s why nobody goes there because they take hours and hours to do one simple sandwich!!!

Just picked up Italian sandwich Dry bread and meat no lettuce no tomato or pickle simply disgusted at work here in mall so couldn't take back but will definitely let other mall employees know

The cashiers and the staff seem to be inexperienced and not well trained. The food turns out OK, but I have had some orders not matching my order. The cashier (order taker) need to be more professional. On one of my visits, the price on the receipt was 30 cents more than what was on the board "menu". When I inquired about it, the cashier said "the price on the board has not yet being updated". Considering the lack of professionalism of the cashier, I let it go - not worth arguing about 30 cents.
