I walked up here after work for a 2 for 4.50 classic checker burger combo, I waited over ten minutes for somebody to come to the window, all while the employees glanced in my direction and took care of the drive thru rush, I wouldn’t have had any issue if they had just taken my order? I decided to walk across the street to the gas station to buy something, And then walked back when I saw them taking someone else’s order, It’s still took me about 5 to 7 minutes for them to come up to the window after I walk back, And then less than two minutes after they take my order, I’m handed a bag.
Not only were the heat lamp sandwiches lukewarm, but one of the sandwiches was a spicy chicken sandwich, so the employee obviously just grabbed the first line and threw them in to complete the order. This is the second time this location has performed severely under par with even 3-4 staff members on location for me. It’s a bit annoying with the quality of food I received even though the food before me was cooked fresh.

Using an AI ordering system. It doesn't work. And when you to the windows they refuse to take ypir oder and ask you to back up and use the AI.

I had to wait for 20 minutes while the employees were all on a break at like 10pm at night. After getting my order, which was 2 fry lovers burgers, I sat down a table there. The burger I had ordered was cold and just thrown together like it was an inconvenience for the employees to do the job they were employed to do. I have used this locatymany times before, and never had any issues before. It's for this reason that I gave this 3 stars instead of 1. I don't usually leave bad reviews either. I would prefer to write a better review and suggest some improvements.
Do not go here. They will mess your order up completely and will not refund or remake your order. Rude people that work there. First and last time I'll ever go there.

I keep calling and no one answers. I’m trying to make sure I get ketchup and sauces for my chicken. Ordered 3 5meal deals. No option for sauces. How do I reach this place!!?? Well, I just received the order. I ordered 3 5meal deals and got one drink. I just knew if I couldn’t reach somebody and call them that the order would be wrong and sure enough. No ketchup, no sauces and one drink.

We spent 18.06 here and the man working window was great. We ordered at front window bc drive thru was closed so we decided to sit and eat. We got food & sat down I went back waited FOREVER for someone to acknowledge me at window asked for the ranch I had already asked for with my nuggets (meal) he acted like he was scared to go ask a heavy set dark haired rude lady said she was manager she said NO!! He came back said she’s manager I can’t give you 1 ranch for your nuggets unless you pay me 74 cents. I said ranch when I ordered for my nuggets. He said she’s manager she turned around and yelled “that’s why it’s so cheap here!!” You got to buy your ranch it doesn’t come with the meal!! I knew I should’ve gone to Wendy’s I can’t imagine having that kind of service there.
