First of all this is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been apparently Rebecca had a problem with my daughter going on break and told her what she should have done before taking her break but it’s no problem for Rebecca to be outside every 5 minutes on a cigarette break then on top of that she didn’t know my child was on the phone with me and I heard her talking very nasty to my child we both contacted Amy which is the store manager she did not answer one time but answered for Rebecca and told her to clock my child out and send her home and also threatened her with the police but never spoke to my child not one time to get her side of the story it’s so sad how they pick on and disrespect everyone’s kids when they should be worrying about all the inspections they keep failing repeatedly EcoSure that is. there’s so much favoritism around that place it’s sad I would never recommend checkers on 66th street for anything

This location is nothing but issues, problems, and bad service. I spent $23 through the mobile ordering after not eating at any checkers for a few months. I DID NOT get my complete order only got half. Everytime ive ordered here its something. I understand not all locations will have what the mobile system says but at least offer a replacement of equal ir lesser value. Everytime i order the cheesecake sundae they say they dont have it or dont offer it here. And instead of saying would you like an ice cream of a small milkshake they just shut the window and walk away. So i paid money for something that i can never get. Also trying to get a refund is like going through and obstacle. Then I have to wait 3-5 days to talk with someone about a refund. Everytime Ive ordered in person or mobile system theres a problem. They act like they dont know there job. I also work at fast food and if my company doesnt have one thing they ask for i offer a replacement. This location is a joke and everyone should be retrained on making their food and customer service.

Pls just fire home boy who got his nails done and wearing a bonnet was told to make my food correctly by his co worker then gave me the food right but cold and then proceeded to tell me he wasn’t making it warm so i requested a refund got my receipt and slammed the door in my face. FIRE HIM PLEASE! Bad service bad business! Works at checkers for a reason i pay for what i expect and did not receive will never return to that checkers again! SCREAMS GHETTO

We have not ate here in over two years. So we gave it another try and was pleasantly surprised with some good food. We stopped buying from Mcdonalds due to orders always incorrect and their prices are over top! The only problem at this Checkers location is the Menu boards lights on the right side of the drive through are not working and hard to order food in the dark.

Rude staff, very ghetto, kid at window looks like he was high on crack, and lady behind him after we asked if our ranch was there because we didn’t see it she snapped back with an attitude. Won’t come back, for out of state people being excited for it the food was bad.
