Tell me why I returned my breakfast not 1 , not 2 , not 3 , but 4 times !!! They really tried to bring me a soggy wet chicken patty undercooked
4 times !!! I eventually had to call the manager out by name to attend to the situation and it took 20 minutes to finally replace 1 biscuit
Why would you serve soggy undercooked chicken
Just let them cook for the proper amount of time y’all are wild

The food was excellent. We got the little chicken mini biscuits for breakfast, they were delicious. They served them in a heart-shaped Tray which was very nice for Valentine's day.

My car broke down in the drive through today. A gentleman working came right out and so nicely jumped into help get my car in neutral and into a parking spot.
He was nice enough to also bring my food out to my car.

Lesson learned don’t get a salad to go at this location because they always forget utensils. Nothing is worse than getting to your destination and break out the salad only to have to eat the salad with your fingers. Get it together man.

I’m here almost weekly because my kids can’t get enough and love the indoor playground. The food is good and consistent, just like I can find at other CFA locations across the country.
The service, however, is consistently slow and poor. It’s consistent enough that I feel the need to comment. The drive through is slow. The dine in service is also slow, and they like to leave drinks and frozen items on the counter and not bring them to the table with the rest of the food, sometimes for long enough that the frozen items melt. At least they tend to leave them where I can grab them myself, not that any of the half dozen employees behind the counter even notice. Getting drink refills is like pulling teeth. The employees seem to just be going through the motions, which wouldn’t be quite so irksome if you didn’t need to go through them for so many things.
The indoor playground is nice and consistently clean. The dining area is also generally in good shape and tidy.
Unless you have kids that want to take advantage of the indoor playground, I would go elsewhere. The other area CFAs are noticeably better in the service department.
Every single time I go here I get pissed off. Takes forever to get food and when you finally get your food it’s wrong. Every. single. time. It’s the only one near my house but sad that CFA is known for their good reputation and this store TRASHES that 😂
