Food is soggy and mushy and they’re quite stingy with some sides. Fries aren’t filled up more than halfway. Before they used to fill to the top. I never get everything I order anymore and most times I have to pay twice because they messed up just taking the order. Overall not nice about the situation and when I tell them they’ve messed up at least 3 times lately nothing was done about it. Not more than a head nod. 3 bad experiences in a row. Just hoping for a better experience.

I'm just so tired of everything being fried, they have a selection of grilled food but not much. The employees are always very friendly. I just think that chicken is stringy every time I go there. The only thing that isn't stringy are the grilled nuggets.

Im tired of returning fries. I'm not coming back here anymore. Nobody likes soft mushy fries, fix the damn timer on the fryer already.

This place never gives me everything I order. I always get the wrong dressing or none at all. I thought maybe if I do an online order instead of drive thru then I might have a higher chance of getting everything I ordered but no. I asked for the light balsamic vinaigrette and the light italian dressing… got neither of those. I also ordered the cookie crumble parfait and got no cookie crumbs. What is so hard about making sure the bag has all the toppings/dressings. It makes absolutely no sense to me why this keeps happening.

Guess il start checking my order like I'm eating at McDonald's. It'd be swell if I could be eating the food I ordered instead of writing a review. But I guess that's my fault, I should've checked the bag to make sure everything I ordered was there....
Always good here. Service is fast, and food is consistent. Highly recommended.
