After over a year of terrible service they just couldn’t take it anymore… they stole the chickfila location from the mall! Now the chickfila in the malls location suddenly lost its location and reviews and now they have gone from a 2.5 star chickfila to a 4.2 (totally unrealistic) if they purposely stole this by taking over the GBP under the owner in the malls nose we will never know but this is an outrage regardless!
With that said this chickfila has the worst drive thru ever it’s incredibly slow the workers are very rude and they will give you half cut pieces of chicken on your breakfast sandwiches (pictured attached) to cut costs. All in all this will be the worst experience at any chickfila you’ll have! Enjoy or don’t *probably don’t*

Slowest chikfila ive ever been to. Worst service. 8/10 times my order is wrong or they forgot sauce. No point in mobile order because its not any faster. Is this even a chikfila??? They’ve burnedme too many times with cold or reheated fries that taste old. Avoid this location.

The original chicken sandwich is the best. With pickles, of course.
This store runs like a well oiled machine. Drive thru line was super long, and thought I'd be there forever. Nope! Less than 10 minutes, and 20+ cars/orders before me, and i was driving home with my "correct" order. Kudos to all staff.

Place was very cleaned inside and outside.Staff personnel where polite and professional, wait time for my order was short.
As usual, everything, the food to the clean eating area was excellent. No other restaurant has the same well established consistent service, food, & bright clean eating space that Chick-fil-A provides Thank you ☺️

This is a new location for us while vacationing from Iowa. They do not disappoint.
Very disappointed with the food the 2 kids meal didn't have the nuggets in either bag. Wrong cheese on 1 of the chicken meals and the palmer tea didn't have the lemon just plain tea. To much chit chat instead of getting the order right. Staff wasn't on point at all. Ask for manager and a child appeared more confused then ever. WOW. Then giving us an dessert card. I didn't order or need any thing for sweets when I paid for meals not cookies. T. Miller

I usually don't write negative reviews, but I hope this helps them for training purposes. It seems like ever since the location moved, I keep coming home missing items or with the wrong items. This has happened several times now, and after today's messed up order, I think I'll choose to go a little further to the next chickfila. Today I got home missing a Dasani water, brownie, vanilla cup that was supposed to come with the kids meal, and getting someone else's cherry coke when I ordered tea. 😔
